And this journey is called Inner Glow.
This is a journey you can take whenever you want to amplify your inner magnetism,
To bring more people into your life,
More friends,
More business partners,
More clients,
And we uncover our own innate natural glow and then also amplify that with spiritual energies.
Please enjoy.
Start out by taking some nice deep breaths and going into your body,
Connecting in with your body,
And knowing that we're here in this safe and sacred temple container with all of these wonderful divine beings in assistance and in attendance.
I'd like you now to imagine that you're in a starting place,
A safe,
Wonderful starting place,
A natural setting.
And in this natural setting,
Just find yourself being comfortable with light,
With warmth,
With the ground underneath your feet.
There might be a body of water nearby or other form of moisture.
And here in this natural setting,
Call upon one of your highest guides to please arrive and assist you with this journey.
And as your guide just naturally and gracefully arrives,
You notice that there is a pathway that you didn't see before.
Your guide shows you the way to this pathway.
And taking a walk very naturally down this pathway,
You start to enter into a young woods.
This woods is full of young saplings.
And you're enjoying the light play on the leaves and the tree tops are blowing gently in the breeze,
Changing the light patterns on the floor of the forest.
And you can hear some birds.
You can hear some rustling.
This forest is very alive.
And as you continue to walk through the forest,
You notice that the pathway seems to open up at the end.
There's a much brighter light coming to the end of the pathway.
You open out onto a beautiful green grassy field,
Thick,
Beautiful tall grass blowing in the breeze with beautiful birds and flowers.
And you see all the other people who are with you on the journey and everyone is meeting together in this beautiful field and greeting each other as companions,
Greeting each other as community.
And you notice at one end of the field,
There is a building that is so incredibly large that you cannot begin to perceive the direction it goes to the left or to the right and cannot perceive how high it goes up into the sky.
You're just amazed by this building and you feel totally drawn.
And so you and your companions walk over to the building and you notice that you're able to walk up the steps and come up onto the front porch of this beautiful building.
And the doors of this building very naturally,
Quietly and silently open to admit you.
And you all enter into the central chamber of the temple without boundaries.
And in the central chamber,
You notice the walls are very,
Very adorned with beautiful statues and altars everywhere,
Many,
Many sacred tools all the way lining the walls all the way up to as far as the eye can see.
There's an altar for east.
There's an altar for south.
There's an altar for west.
There's an altar for north.
And all the elements are present here in the temple.
So you begin to create a circle here in the central chamber with you and your guides all in one circle together.
And your guides begin to indicate that it's time to walk over to one particular door.
You go into this room and it's very,
Very dimly lit.
You can barely see in here.
As you enter this room,
Your guide is the one kind of holding your hand and showing you where to stand in this very,
Very dark chamber.
It's also very heavy,
The energy in the air feels really,
Really heavy in here.
You almost feel that there's an oppressive force on you.
Your guide brings you into awareness of understanding that in this room,
In this heavy darkness,
You're coming to face the fears that you have,
The obstacles that you have to shining,
To really being a person who stands out in the crowd.
And so you're physically experiencing the heaviness of this room and these burdens that normally you just carry around without really giving it much thought.
Normally you don't notice that they're very heavy.
You don't notice that they're having a very difficult impact on you.
But today here in this room,
You're coming face to face with your shadows and really being able to perceive how they're limiting you,
How they're creating you to be a very,
To be a heavy person who is not able to be your full glowing divine self in the world.
So from the ceiling,
Which you weren't able to see before,
A shaft of light comes down and reveals an altar and specifically reveals a beautiful golden bowl that's full of water on this altar.
And your guide tells you that this is sacred water that is very cleansing and very healing for you.
And whether you have conscious awareness of something,
A fear or a limitation that's holding you back from being present or whether there's something in your unconscious,
You can dip into this water and just touch yourself anywhere on your body with the sacred water.
And it begins to penetrate and go deep into the shadow.
And when the water touches that shadow in your body,
It becomes cleansed and lighter and that part of you is revealed.
The part of you that was hidden behind the burden,
The part of you that was hidden behind the shadow is revealed now.
So one way you could work with the sacred water is to take a dip and put your hand on your first chakra at the base of your spine and anywhere,
Any shadows in your first chakra,
Now receiving the purifying force of this blessed water,
This blessed holy water.
And feeling that part of your body lighten up,
Literally you can see that part of you much more clearly in this sacred chamber.
And the amount of light in the chamber lifts just ever so slightly every time you put this blessed water on your body in a new spot.
Take another dip and place your hand on your second chakra,
Which is in the middle of kind of in the lower part of your belly.
Allow the water to penetrate very,
Very deeply to heal and nourish and nurture any parts of you that feel like they must hide,
That they must stay invisible.
Allow this water and all the divine beings here present.
Bring healing to those parts of you that have a belief that it's better to go unseen.
It's better not to stand out.
Allow all of this healing energy and that divine water to purify and cleanse and transmute those energies of hiding and invisibility.
Dipping into the water once again and placing your hand on your third chakra,
Which is approximately your diaphragm right at the base of your ribs.
And as you touch your third chakra,
Play with that sense of your own power.
Allow your power to be revealed.
Allow your power to be balanced and healed.
Become into a greater awareness of yourself and who you really are.
Give yourself permission to show up.
So again,
As this water penetrates and heals,
You notice that your body is becoming more visible in vivid,
Vivid colors and sensations.
And the brightness of the room,
It's like somebody's got a dimmer switch.
And every time you touch yourself with the blessed water,
The dimmer goes up and you can see more and more in this chamber.
And you start to be able to see shadowy,
Gleaming,
Glowing colors,
But it's still a little bit too dark to make out what's really in this chamber.
And so you keep going and dipping into that water one more time and putting it on your heart now.
Seeing any aspects of yourself that feel that you're unworthy to really be fully and completely who you are in every moment.
Allow this water to show you how simple it is and how important it is for your vibration,
For your presence to be available to the world.
And as this water comes into your heart and purifies these shadows,
These fears about who you are and whether it's okay to be who you are,
Whether it's okay to be present and visible and show up in the world,
As all of those feelings and beliefs are being transmuted,
Your heart begins to lift.
You feel movement in your heart.
Maybe it's a gentle breeze,
Maybe it feels like water currents,
But you feel a lightness happening in your heart.
This warm,
Beautiful glow begins to emanate from deep within your heart.
And the light in this chamber,
In the temple,
Rises a little bit more.
You're starting to see more of the beautiful gleaming glow around you.
So dipping into the water one more time and placing your hand on your throat.
What is the language of presence and how could it be revealed?
What is the loving truth of every moment that could be revealed by simply being present to every moment,
To expressing your willingness and openness to be present?
How would you speak differently?
What would you say?
Any shadows there in your throat chakra about what it is and isn't okay to say begin to be transmuted and your throat feels relaxed and opened up.
Dipping once again into this blessed water and touching your hand now to your third eye,
To your forehead.
And now this water penetrates deeply into your mind.
What are all of our thoughts,
Feelings,
Beliefs,
Concepts,
Judgments about being present?
When is it okay to be present?
When is it not okay to be present?
What are any fears we might have about being visible?
Were any benefits that we believe we are getting and receiving from being invisible,
From holding back our radiance,
Holding back our divine inner glow,
All the tricks that our mind plays on us about this,
Allowing all of our synapses to receive a washing,
A cleansing from this blessed water.
And dipping into the blessed water one more time now and placing your hand on the top of your head on your crown chakra.
And in this case now,
The water cascading all the way down through each of our chakras.
And as that connection is made,
As all of our chakras commune,
A beam of light shoots out of the top of our head and connects directly into our highest self.
And our highest self connects directly into pure divinity.
And all of a sudden,
All of the light comes on in this chamber and it's revealed to be golden,
Everything emanating this beautiful,
Radiant golden glow,
Just like sunshine blazing through pure gold.
And what you find is that this is very,
Very nurturing energy.
You find that this room is demonstrating to you the sensation of presence,
Radiating this warm glow of presence.
It feels like a thousand eyes are on you right now as this room,
The consciousness,
The divine consciousness present here in this room demonstrates to you how consciousness can feel.
And so there is an attunement happening as this chamber surrounds you and you're in the presence of divine energies.
You start to feel your own inner glow,
The volume on your own inner glow coming up higher and higher as you begin to pattern match and resonate with the divine warm glow of this sacred chamber.
So feel yourself tuning up and tuning up and tuning up as you achieve greater and greater presence and you just drop into the peacefulness of pure consciousness flowing through you.
The bliss of really,
Really connecting with the divine in your body,
Embodying the divine and radiating the divine out from every pore,
From every part of your skin,
Through each hair on your body.
You are encased from without and radiating from within until you are one with the vibration of the sacred chamber until you have achieved the highest attunement of your inner glow.
You feel that resonance.
Just click into place and drop in.
Feeling this sense of gratitude of having been revealed,
Of having your shadows transmuted into this radiance.
Feeling yourself smile as you really enjoy yourself here.
Enjoy really being yourself.
And you have the sense of complete fullness,
The fullness of the sun on a perfected sunny day radiating out from inside you.
Your guide standing next to you in this chamber is feeling so privileged to be next to you right now,
So celebratory that you have taken this step in willingness.
You've been willing to release all these shadows that hold you back,
All these belief systems.
You've allowed them to be transmuted and healed.
And both of you perceiving this process to be complete,
Your guide brings you over to the door of the chamber and you turn around and bow and give thanks once more to this chamber for holding space for you,
For allowing you to transmute all of your shadows and to reveal your beautiful inner radiant glow.
And you return now to the central chamber,
The temple without boundaries and formulate the circle again.
And this time you notice that all of your companions,
They are so bright and warm and golden that you can almost have a little bit of difficulty making out their specific facial features.
Each of you vibrating with each other and recognizing that you have achieved this powerful new state of consciousness,
That your inner glow is turned on to maximum volume.
I'm taking a moment to enjoy your companions here.
So we're going to return back to our starting place and giving thanks to the temple without boundaries,
Exiting out of the doorways that just opened silently to release us.
Going back down the front stairs and back into the field,
Acknowledging our companions on this journey and saying goodbye knowing that we will come back together again at a time in the near future.
And each of us now returning back to our own specific pathway into the beautiful young woods of saplings.
Your radiant inner glow,
Now you have a much heightened sense of awareness and you're able to detect that this forest is actually quite a magical forest.
And there are many divine beings in this forest who are all celebrating with you as you walk down this path and begin to make your way back.
And your guide brings you back to the beginning where you started in your natural setting,
Giving thanks to your guide,
Bowing in gratitude,
Allowing your guide now to return back to where they normally live,
Knowing that you can always connect with your higher self whenever you need to.
Your guide begins to return and you too can take deep breaths into your body now.
Begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Wiggle your arms,
Move your arms and begin to pat on your body,
To touch your body,
To pat down your body and begin to wake yourself up in your room where you first started.
And when you're ready,
Take a sip of water and begin to take some notes about this powerful experience you've just had.
