Good morning and welcome to this meditation where we start your day off gently with a blissful softening.
If you've been feeling rigid,
Would just like a quiet start to your day,
Or are needing that extra boost this morning,
This session is for you.
Let's begin by allowing for your eyes to close,
Closing yourself off to everything.
Offer a thank you to yourself for intentionally taking this time for you.
Scan your energy field from head to toe,
Just noticing where you're at today.
Notice the area in your body where it feels the most peaceful,
The most gentle and soft.
And start to bring this softness,
This peacefulness into other parts of your body.
Take a deep breath in,
Pulling gentleness and softness to all areas of the mind and body.
On the exhale,
Release anything rigid and stale,
Allowing for your exhale to dissolve them.
Again deep breath in,
Pulling in gentleness and softness,
Opening yourself up to it.
And letting your exhale take away all that feels forceful,
Rigid and stale.
One last time,
Pulling in the peace and softness into your mind and body this gentle morning.
And exhaling out more of what you'd like to let go of today.
Great work.
Continue to melt into this softening.
Softening areas where you feel a little resistance,
A little tension.
What areas could use a little more grace today?
Infuse these areas with a softening,
Noticing how it massages itself in.
Maybe you can picture these tensions and resistances starting to dissolve in thin air,
Releasing them to the ethers.
Notice how every breath melts away even more tension and resistance,
Causing you to feel lighter,
Revealing the peace that naturally sits underneath all these layers.
The more you breathe into this gentle softening,
The more peace bubbles up.
Take a moment of silence for this.

Now we'll be turning up the dial on this peace tenfold.

Amplifying this state tenfold.
Notice how these feelings of peace intensify and great waves of these positive feelings wash over you.

Take a deep breath in,
Soaking it all in.
On the exhale,
Integrate this feeling into you at an energetic level.
And send out this softening into the space around you.
Begin to coat the town or the city,
Watching it stretch over the state and the country,
Coating the earth in this state of soft peace.
Because of this blissful state,
You are more receptive than ever to receive these powerful affirmations that naturally enrich your reality.
You can repeat them silently or aloud,
Noticing how they double in their resonance.
Everything is working out in divine timing.
I can complete what needs to be done at a slow and sustainable pace.
In difficult situations,
I take a step back and look for the most easeful path.
I'm remembering that life doesn't have to be so serious.
I open myself up to fun and consider how I can infuse play into my day today.
Rather than overwork myself,
I lean into my natural magnetism.
Rather than force,
I enjoy the natural flow of things.
This is my one life,
And living it the way I want to is my birthright.
I am open to being shown just how easy and fun things can get.
