If you have listened to my meditations,
You've heard me suggest more than once that love is the most powerful force in the universe.
Love is at the core of manifesting,
Empowerment,
Serenity,
Abundance,
And a wholeness that is best described by the word integrity.
While we do this meditation,
I want you to think of love as energy.
It's an energy that we feel most intensely in our heart space.
I'd like you to think of yourself as energy in human form.
The purpose of this meditation is to help the energy that is you align with the energy of love.
You'll accomplish this by moving past any limiting thoughts that you're holding and allowing yourself to feel love.
Let's start with a deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Imagine any and all forms of resistance leaving your body.
And as you take the next breath,
I want you to bring your attention to your heart space,
That precious center of radiant,
Loving energy that exists within an infinite vastness of all space.
Continue to breathe.
As you keep your attention on your heart space,
In the infinite vastness of all space,
Picture yourself letting go of the idea of separateness,
This idea that is created by your thoughts,
That you are disconnected from all other people,
All other things.
Allow yourself to return to the reality that you are part of a unified energy that is everywhere and embraces everything.
Keeping your attention on your heart space,
In the vastness of all of space,
Picture the physical boundaries that have defined you slipping away and being replaced with a delightful feeling of freedom.
Letting go.
Feeling one.
Keeping your awareness on your heart space in space is shifting the energy that is you.
It's bringing you into an alignment with the unknown and that may feel a little daunting.
It's safe to embrace the unknown.
It takes a bit of courage.
Some people call this faith and of course we find courage in our heart.
The reward for embracing the unknown very often is grace.
Now I want you to bring your attention to your breath.
Imagine your breath moving through your heart space,
Breathing into that space and breathing out,
Keeping your attention on each breath moving through this center of loving energy that rests in the space of love energy that is everywhere.
Staying present in each breath and allowing your breathing to become slower and deeper,
More relaxed.
Breathing in through your heart space and breathing out.
Notice any place within you that's holding tension and let that go.
Each breath tells you that it's safe to let go.
If your mind wanders,
Simply bring your attention back to your next breath.
Now with your attention in your heart space and your breath moving in and out of your heart space,
Allow yourself to feel these emotions.
Kindness.
Who in your life has shown you kindness?
How did that feel?
Let yourself feel the emotion.
Now it's safe.
What about the time that you showed kindness to someone?
How did that feel?
Go ahead and feel that emotion again.
Radiate the energy of kindness out beyond your body in space.
Become aware that this energy is within you and all around you and simply feel it.
Align yourself to this energy with your heart.
Now with your attention in your heart space and your breath moving in and out of your heart space,
Allow yourself to feel care.
Who in your life has shown you care?
And how did it feel?
Allow yourself to feel that emotion now.
It's safe.
What about a time in which you showed caring?
How did that feel?
Feel that emotion again.
Radiate the energy of caring out beyond your body in space.
Become aware that this energy is within you and all around you and simply feel it.
Tune into this energy with your heart.
Now with your attention in your heart space and your breathing moving in and out of your heart space,
Allow yourself to feel the emotion of appreciation.
Who in your life have you appreciated?
How did that feel?
Allow yourself to feel the emotion now.
It's safe.
What about a time when someone felt appreciation for you?
How did that feel?
Allow that emotion to express itself fully again.
Radiate this energy out beyond your body in space.
Become aware that this energy is within you and all around you and just feel it.
Tune into this energy with your heart.
Now with your attention in your heart space and to your breathing moving in and out of your heart space,
Allow yourself to feel the emotion of gratitude.
What are you grateful for?
And how does it feel?
Now with your attention in your heart space and to your breathing moving in and out of your heart space,
Allow yourself to feel the emotion of gratitude.
Who are you grateful for?
And how does that feel?
Who in your life has expressed their gratitude for something you did?
How did that feel?
Who in your life has expressed gratitude for who you are?
Allow yourself to feel that emotion now.
It's safe.
Let that emotion free.
Let it give full expression within your heart space,
In space.
Radiate this energy out beyond your body in space.
Become aware that this energy is within you.
It's all around you and simply feel it.
Come into alignment with this energy through your heart space.
As you breathe.
Now I invite you to bring together this energy that you are radiating outward with an intention.
You can radiate the intention that your body is healed,
That your future include the manifestation of something or someone.
Your intention can be around a relationship you'd like to have.
Your intention could be removing the barriers to loving yourself more.
Allow your intention to travel outward on the back of the loving energy that is radiating from your heart space.
Picture your intention moving out in every direction throughout the infinite vastness of space where energy becomes matter,
Where intentions are realized.
And I'd like you to include with your intention the following proviso,
This or something better,
For the highest good.
Continue to broadcast this energy and intention as you float in the infinite vastness of space and radiate love.
And as you come back to this other reality,
I encourage you to journal,
Jot down any epiphanies,
Ideas,
New intentions.
