Hello, Awaken Creative! I want to take you through the ecology of your art. Did you know there was such a thing? The ecology of your art. Your art is your life. It is you. It is everything that takes you from this first breath of life to the last. From that first splitting of cells to the last laying down. So welcome. Get comfortable. We're looking for alignment. A posturing of presence without pain. In our culture, We often approach our art, Writing, Painting, Leadership, Or living as a mountain to be climbed through sheer force of learned skill. We focus on how. The techniques, The education, The arduous hours of practice and intellectual acumen. But today we're going to shift that lens. We aren't looking at what you can do. We're looking at the ecology. What we are. This ecology is unique. One to another similar if we were to look from the outside. But the ecosystem of the interior is what we're after. Because this is where the difference happens. This is where the beauty of each of our intertwined, Intermingled lives makes all the difference. Take a deep breath. Feel it through your nose and down your throat and all the way into your belly. As you exhale, Release all these things I've just mentioned. This production mindset. The skills, The practice, The technique. Lay it down. You're no longer a factory. No conveyor belts and mass production here. You're an ecosystem. Unique, Fragile, Yet strong. There are layers to this ecosystem. Body and mind, The soil and the roots. This physical vessel is your soil. If we were to test it, We would find that each is unique one to another. Varying rhythm, Heartbeat, Tension of history. A sensory data of the world. Everything filtered through nervous system. Cellular structure. The mind, The gardener. The observer and organizer and translator of all this physical vessel, This soil. Have you considered this? We often think that the mind is where things happen, Art happens. But the body's permission is needed to get an authentic expression of this mind. If the soil is depleted, The body. The flower won't bloom, No matter how much skill and gardening we pour on. Soul and spirit. And this ecosystem goes beyond the mind and body. There's atmosphere, First spark. This soul and this spirit. Think of the soul as your internal weather. Your unique blueprint in weather patterning. Containing shifts of longing, Private griefs, Quiet joys, Storms and blue skies. And the spirit, Your sunlight. Universal energy that breathes through everything. The magic, The fire. The spirit, The soul. So necessary in this ecology. For without them, What is created, Because creation can still happen with only the mind of skill. There's no life. There's no ground water to feed. The beauty, The authenticity, The energy that will become in this creation. Envision a Mobius strip. This is a single continuous loop, Like a figure eight with no beginning and no end. In this loop you have body, You have mind, You have soul and you have spirit. Four points, Four junctures, Four segments. Dip and swirl and return. A continuous flow, Communication in this case from body, Mind, Soul, Spirit, Never ending, Continuously flowing, Beautifully integrated. Your work, Your creation is a process. This continuous loop is you. When there is this integration, The beauty of your creativity is unbound. Understanding this ecology, This body, Mind, Soul and spirit integration changes the way you use what you have. Your body is understood as a vessel. Your mind as a container. Your soul as a gift and your spirit as an inspiration. Walk this Mobius strip. Keep it in your mind's eye. The flow of all the tools and information and education you've acquired. The aid of this beautiful body expressing in human form. The unique soulful blueprint inspiring, Receiving through spiritual input. Uniquely you. This ecology. This expression. As we close, Place your hand over your heart and another over your belly. These two touch points like a figure eight can be used as a sensory reminder of this Mobius strip of you. The touch of your body. The beat of your heart. The sensory accumulation in your mind of this connection to soul and spirit. Your work will flow. It cannot help but exist. Know this. Trust this. This ecological system is in place. It is you and it is what you create. Awaken creative today.
