While there is much that goes into the happiness that we are taught to want in our lives, Pete has found that there are five pillars to the happiness that we would like to have in our beings. This audio takes us on a brief overview of them and allows us to harmonize our connection to them.

Within the framework of life,

We work.

And from this place I'd like to offer this teaching,

That there are pillars of happiness.

We're not talking about the type of happiness that we outpicture in our lives based on past conditioning.

We're talking about a true feeling of flourishing,

Of satisfaction,

Of joy,

Wisdom,

Peace,

Honor,

Trust,

Faith,

Forgiveness,

Love.

We're talking about happiness,

A feeling that the rest of our lives can be dictated from that feeling.

And there's five pillars of it.

And I've muscle-tested which five inherent emotions or aspects of love this most relates with.

It turns out it's joy,

Centeredness,

Faith in self and life,

Confidence,

And integrity.

And there's more aspects that go into the happiness that we want in our lives.

But these are the five pillars of the happiness that we want in our beings.

We can optimize each of them.

And what we're going to do is we're going to do that by utilizing absolute love,

Which is a healing frequency.

And we're going to say the words and then absolute love.

And then that's going to optimize each one of these pillars of happiness.

So see how you're feeling now about happiness.

Say happiness out loud.

I'll say it,

Happiness.

For me it sort of came out a little elusive and a little bit like,

I know it's a good thing but I'm not quite there.

So how'd it come out for you?

We're gonna do it again after we're done with these five words so you have something to look forward to and judge it against.

So say joy and then say absolute love.

Good.

Take a deep breath.

Say centeredness.

Absolute love.

Take a deep breath.

Say faith in self and life.

Absolute love.

Take a deep breath.

Say confidence.

Absolute love.

Take a deep breath.

I'll say integrity.

I'll say absolute love.

Take a deep breath.

Good.

That was actually a lot of work.

That was work on a really deep level.

So now let's hear us say that word again,

Happiness.

For me it sounded a lot different.

It sounded centered in my heart.

It sounded more vibrant and alive like a living thing.

This stuff actually works and it's really powerful and profound.

I'm honored to have come upon it in my own discovery.
