Hi,
I'm Pip Roberts and this is a three minute yoga nidra snack.
A quick reset rather than a full spiritual pilgrimage.
Wherever you are is good.
A chair,
A floor.
Back of an Uber.
Let's just get comfortable.
Let your eyes close if that feels good.
If it's not for you right now,
Let your gaze soften.
Allow the breath in through the nose.
And let it go a little louder out through the mouth.
One more like that.
Into the nose.
And out through the mouth.
For the next few minutes,
There's nothing to do except be a body taking up space.
I'm going to go with an efficient scan.
Rather than a dreamy one.
Notice your feet.
Let them be heavy.
Notice your legs.
Let them be heavy.
Your hips.
Let them sink down.
Notice the abdomen and the chest rising and falling with the breath.
No help needed.
Allow your hands and your arms.
To rest.
Let your jaw soften.
And let your eyes land back into their sockets.
Where in your body do you feel most present right now?
Safe and present.
Allow your awareness to land there.
And take a few breaths.
Rest in the sensation of being in that presence.
Now start coming back.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your ankles.
Take a breath in and this time let it out with a little more energy than you started with.
And when you're ready.
Open your eyes.
That's it.
Go back to life again.
