I'm Pip and this is your opportunity to rest into all that you're becoming.

This Yoga Nidra practice is a space for envisioning all that you would like to see in your world,

To create the life that you'd like to lead,

To settle in to all that you will become.

It holds mighty power,

So let's get comfortable.

Let's find a way that we feel supported and warm.

Take your time with this.

If your body is fizzing at the moment,

Perhaps it needs a little bit of movement before it can settle.

You can take that.

We want to be supremely comfortable.

So as you cover yourself with blankets,

Maybe an eye bag,

Maybe there's a sound or a sigh that doesn't need to be held in anymore.

We're going to start meeting our breath with a softness.

So that we begin to find this sense of flow and ease with the breath as it lands in and it moves out.

Both halves of the breath being greeted with that same softness,

Opening out to that flow of prana,

Of life force energy as it moves through you.

Really simply breathing through the nose,

Allowing everything to be really natural,

Really unforced,

The natural flow of life force moving through you.

Is there any part of you that could be more comfortable?

Is there any part of you that needs more support right now?

How can you meet that in this moment?

Still softening to that flow of prana,

That flow of the breath as it moves through.

Life force moving through your body with ease and flow.

Perhaps for this practice,

The intention,

I am dreaming my life into creation,

Holds power,

Holds resonance for you.

Let's repeat that three times.

I am dreaming my life into creation.

I am dreaming my life into creation.

I am dreaming my life into creation.

And let's summon our entire body here,

Present for this practice.

Calling our whole self into awareness.

Calling all of ourselves into awareness.

Let's begin with an awareness at the very crown of our head.

Noticing what's there.

Awareness at the crown of the head.

Noticing what's there.

Noticing what's there.

Noticing what's there.

Awareness at the crown of the head.

And allowing that awareness to spread across the whole scalp.

Across the forehead.

The space between the eyebrows.

And the eyebrows.

Both temples.

Both ears.

The skin just behind the ears.

The jaw.

The very tip of the nose.

The inside of both nostrils.

The cheeks.

The lips.

And the teeth.

The back of the neck.

The voice box.

The collarbones.

Both shoulders.

Both armpits.

Both upper arms.

The creases on the inside of your elbows.

The lower arms.

The inner wrists.

The lines that cross the palms.

Each of the knuckles on your hands.

The grooves of your fingerprints.

And then coming back to your centre.

Coming back to your breastbone.

Your sternum.

Right there at the centre of your chest.

And getting a sense of your ribcage.

That moves out from there.

The front,

The sides and the back of the ribcage.

Let's go inside there.

Can you sense into your beating heart?

Your organ heart?

Can you feel into the lungs as they breathe you?

Taking the awareness a little further down the torso.

The visceral organs in the abdomen and the belly.

Finding an awareness of the pelvis.

Of both thighs.

Both kneecaps.

The back of each of your knees.

The lower legs.

The knobbly ankle bones.

The arch of both feet.

The ball of each foot.

The spaces between the toes.

And the very tips of the toes.

Can you find an awareness of your whole self?

Every single part of your body.

Rest in awareness of this amazing body that holds you right now.

This amazing body that created itself.

That holds so much power for creation.

Rest into awareness of your whole self.

Resting into the parts of you that trust.

Just as we rest into the parts of us that doubt.

The parts of us that know.

The parts of us that are forgotten.

The parts of us that are held.

The parts of us that are free.

The pieces of you that are grasping at things.

And those that are releasing.

Opening out to the new.

Just as we might hold the residual.

Resting in awareness of all that you are.

I'm going to invite in your imagination now.

Your imagination to be felt through all the senses.

To be as vivid and as bright as you please.

Some of us might find imagining through certain senses easier than others.

This is the beauty of individual humans.

We all vary just a little.

We all have preferences.

So just as you do.

We might begin to imagine what it is in the world that we would like to see.

Your wildest dream.

Opening out and envisioning what it is you'd like to see in your world.

We might see it,

We might hear it.

Taste it,

Smell it or feel it.

Allow the brightness on these senses to be turned up.

Allow your body to create this vision of your future.

What is it you want to see,

Feel,

Be?

Allow this imagination in this moment to get brighter.

And brighter still.

What is it you would like to be?

Dream it now.

Allow yourselves to begin to create this.

Allow the brightness of your senses to turn up.

Noticing how it feels to be witnessing this imagination.

This visualisation.

How your body responds to it.

What's there?

What's there to feel?

What's there to see,

To sense?

And for the next little while,

I'd like you to continue to bathe in the sense of this.

The future that you're dreaming of.

Is it possible to be in your senses rather than in your mind with this?

See what arises from yourself.

Bear witness.

Settle into that awareness rather than trying to guide it.

Dream.

Envision what it is you'd like.

Remember,

You can return to this place of envisioning whenever you like.

This was not your one and only chance.

For now,

Let's begin to find awareness of our breath.

Of that ease and flow as the breath moves through our body.

Ease and flow through the body.

We're going to repeat that intention to ourselves three more times to seal the practice.

I am dreaming my life into creation.

I am dreaming my life into creation.

I am dreaming my life into creation.

Saying it out loud holds a little more power,

Remember?

Getting a sense of how those words land.

And when you feel ready to return to the world we might begin to move our bodies maybe there's something really rousing us.

Take your time.

Maybe there's small movements in the hands and the feet.

Maybe the head rolls side to side.

You might like to really lengthen your body out to its full length.

Perhaps eventually you end up rolling over to your side where you might rest a little longer in fetal position before you feel ready to birth into the rest of your day.

But I will say now,

Thank you very much for practicing with me and I hope to see you soon.
