Deep breath in through your heart And as you exhale,

Let the day go Breathe in again,

Feeling the life energy filling your body And as you exhale,

Relax even deeper Now,

Bring your attention to the space behind your body Sense the space behind you,

The space in front of you,

The space around you Become aware of yourself in space You are becoming more aware,

More present,

More connected to the field of possibilities Gently observe your day through the eyes of someone else Without judgment,

Without criticism,

Simply notice What choices did you make today?

What behaviors did you demonstrate?

What emotions did you feel?

Where did you fall into old habits?

Where did you react in familiar,

Unconscious ways?

Bless those moments They are not failures They are opportunities Opportunities to become more aware More aligned with your future self Now,

Imagine If you could live this day again What choices would you make differently?

How would your future self think,

Act,

And feel?

Could you respond with more love,

More courage,

More greatness?

Mentally rehearse it now Rehearse being your future self Prepare your body and mind for a new destiny Review and celebrate the moments today when you were different Where did you act as the new you?
