So in today's video,
I want to talk about self-venture frequencies because honestly,
This is one of those topics that gets misunderstood pretty often online,
Okay?
You know a lot of people hear numbers like 528 hertz or 417 hertz and immediately think there's like something almost magical happening but The reality is actually much simpler and honestly,
Much more interesting too.
And since I work with these frequencies every single day inside my music,
I thought it would be nice to explain what they actually are.
Where they come from,
And how they're really used in meditation music today.
Yeah,
Let's talk about it.
So first of all,
The word solfeggio originally had nothing to do with frequencies measured in hertz,
Okay?
And a lot of people don't know that and this is really important because originally solfeggio was just a musical system used hundreds of years ago to help people learn singing and understand musical notes.
That was it.
So back then it wasn't about things like 396 Hertz or 528 Hertz.
That idea came much later.
And what we now call solfeggio frequencies is more Is more of a modern reinterpretation and system that became popular in meditation music?
Relaxation music,
Sound healing,
And things like that.
And over time,
Different frequencies started being connected to different emotional states or experiences.
So for example,
Let's say.
396 hertz is often connected to emotional release.
528 hertz is often linked to healing or transformation and things like that.
Honestly,
And this part is really important.
These are not fixed rules,
Okay?
It's not like you listen to one sound and suddenly your whole life changes,
Okay?
Sound doesn't really work that way.
Usually the body responds more to the full experience.
It responds to your nervous system,
Your emotional state,
The music itself,
You know,
The environment around you,
And all those things really matter when they're together.
And honestly,
I think that's what makes sounds so interesting in the first place.
And the thing is.
You know,
A lot of people focus only on the number itself,
But in reality,
The music around the frequency matters just as much,
Sometimes even more.
Because if you just listen to a pure tone by itself for a very long time,
Honestly,
It can become tiring pretty,
Pretty quickly,
Right?
It can feel repetitive almost almost uncomfortable sometimes and that's why in meditation music these frequencies are usually placed inside slow ambient music.
Calming textures,
For example,
Nature sounds,
Soft pads,
And things like that.
Like I do in my,
Inside my meditation music and.
Yeah,
The music really helps the brain relax into the experience more naturally.
That's what it does.
And I've noticed this even in my work,
Right?
And the tracks that people usually connect with the most are not necessarily the ones with a perfect frequency,
Okay?
It's usually the tracks where everything works together.
The atmosphere,
The pacing,
The emotional feeling,
The sound design,
Right?
The space inside the music.
And that's what really creates the experience.
Honestly,
I think that's the most important thing to remember when it comes to frequencies and meditation music.
You know,
It's not.
It's not really about chasing one perfect sound or trying to force a specific experience,
Okay?
Usually the best results happen when you simply allow yourself to slow down,
Relax,
And listen without too many expectations.
That's it.
It's really simple.
And that's really where sound can start affecting the nervous system in a very natural way.
