2024 The Energies Influencing Business

Here we are again,

At the end of a year looking ahead to the next.

To be honest though,

The energies of 2024 have been making themselves known for a while.

The sense that there is something big coming has been around for some time,

And many have experienced a deep sense of stalling in 2023.

This is,

Of course,

No accident.

It has been preparation for what is to come.

2024 energies begin with a challenge.

If you have been stalled,

The questions raised will be already top of mind.

They are very simply,

Who am I?

What do I do?

And why do I do it?

To move into the energies of 2024,

You will need an answer.

I always access these energetic insights through the Elemental Wheel.

The energies begin squarely in water,

With the challenge to know yourself and be yourself.

Until you respond to this challenge,

You will be out of the energy flow,

And you will feel it.

There will,

Of course,

Be fragments and remaining questions,

Even if you have done the work to answer this during 2023.

They will make themselves known pretty quickly,

If not already.

The reason for this challenge is the need to accept the growth that is coming,

Accept the leadership role that you have,

And accept your ability and capacity to become this person.

Resisting these aspects will block the energy flow.

Leaning into them will open it.

The initial work you can expect to need to do for yourself and business,

As well as to support your clients,

Is with releasing into this energy flow.

When you achieve this,

You will feel one of the key energy points of the year.

This is where you will drop into the deep creation mode with the energy of Earth.

This energy will feel deep and slow,

But still active.

If you have been in this deep energy for long periods of 2023,

This may be something you want to resist.

But just know that it will not last long,

And it is an essential part of creating your future.

The flow moves quickly into emergence energy,

And this is another pivotal energetic point in the year.

It's outward-looking,

Explorative and curious,

Moving us quickly into expansion energy.

Expansion will be felt in lived experience,

In voice and purpose.

There will be a lot of growth this year,

Which has a light and easy feel to it.

Expansion energy often brings wobbles,

But if you are in the flow,

The movement will be sustained.

You will flow into the realm of fire and the gentleness of being in your power.

As you find balance with this gentleness,

The landscape of the future will open before you with a sense of peace and contentment.

The completion energy for 2024 is one of embodied change.

The focus of transformation is on the release into the Earth in order to emerge.

These are the pivotal energetic moments that we will experience in the coming year.

At the end of the year,

The focus of awareness and consciousness will be more on the metaphysical aspects of transformation than the material.

The underpinning shift in energy that alters reality will be more important than the outward appearance of change.

And that is linked to a much more nuanced understanding of our position,

Individually and collectively.

There is a wealth of information on the periphery of our understanding that can move into direct understanding as soon as we are ready.

We will begin to see how little we knew and understood,

And how much can be achieved if we open ourselves to what is ready to make itself known.

We have for a long time talked of the four elements.

I have been personally working with 12 elements for a number of years now,

And when preparing this look ahead,

It was evidence that the larger family of 60 elements are beginning to come into play,

Indicating a significant shift in collective awareness.

And beyond this,

There is an even larger elemental family waiting for its time.

A clear distinction between knowing and knowledge is emerging.

The exclusion of the known by the empiric truth is fading,

Which is emphasising nuance and hidden insights.

If we talk more of knowing,

We begin the work of harmonising sense truth and empiric truth.

We can begin to create harmony between opposing ways of life.

This is why there is a strong focus on this horizontal plane of emotion,

Which is related to water,

And intellect,

Which is related to air.

We will be relearning to incorporate our softer sides into life and restoring meaning.

A year ago,

My energetic look ahead came through very differently,

With a strong focus on multiple concurrent timelines,

Where people were operating on parallel experiences.

This will continue in 2024.

Some people will be fully in a new timeline,

Some in the old,

And some living in the echoes of the old with glimpses of the new.

This confusion will demand that you hold a stronger light for those who want to change timeline or proceed more confidently on their existing timeline.

There is a strong role here for you in guiding others.

This period of time is focused on learning to navigate a shifted consciousness and reality.

We will need the strength of soul connection and sense of identity to hold our core and maintain stability.

The energy had a strong feel of a tight central spin,

With a strong centrifugal force.

This relates to your ability to be you and share your energy.

We will all need to anchor ourselves deeply to move this energy without losing our ground.

We will discover that the information we are seeking is not out there,

It is under our feet and running through our core.

The earth and nature will guide us if we choose to listen.

We will need to remind ourselves that every cell holds the universe and the field of all potential is what we are made of.

We may begin to learn to create from the inside out in the year to come.

To build your anchor,

This year we'll be asking you over and over to have clarity on your self and purpose.

Who am I,

What do I do and why do I do it?

These will be asked until they are answered.

Essence,

Self,

Role will be your grounding tools and the answers will guide you into actively creating change,

Embodying your power and owning your presence.

You will challenge the narratives and dynamics and you will present alternatives.

Change has been brewing for too long and the year ahead it needs to be experienced.

It will be a year of truth and restoration of hope.

And that will happen individually and collectively as our path is reset.

It all begins with that descent into the earth,

Which is our bridge to the unknown.

Change begins with you.

As you behave differently,

Your experience of life will shift.

The entire narrative will change because you change and hold that change.

In this way,

Individual core truth will shape collective core truth.

A network of people engaged with change and the prevailing energy will hold the whole as consciousness moves into a new dynamic.

This network needs to be prepared and have capacity to hold the energies and shift in consciousness.

Most have been preparing for months,

If not years.

And we will all need to collaborate and support each other to keep us strong and well.

This is what your business was created for.

We are building deeper foundations for the future.

The false foundations of those who believe they are on solid ground and have power to wield will dissolve in the coming years.

We are in the process of changing how we choose and how we live.

Business is central to that change.

It has the power to change the course of society and to provide deep individual and collective transformation.

The themes emerging for businesses and the work they do in the coming year include blind spots,

Willingness to change and personal truth.

Blind spots will begin to show us what we have refused to or been unable to see in ourselves and the world.

Business energy often exists in the blind spot of the entrepreneur that holds it because it is there to balance and harmonise.

It can show you what is needed to bring wholeness to the transformation that you offer.

In 2024 our blind spots will ask to show us the wisdom they hold and the potential that is unseen.

As entrepreneurs they will be the focus of self-development and for clients you will need to be the mirror that shows them their blind spots and the opportunity they present.

Of course many will resist change.

But many others are looking for change but unsure how to begin.

Others are in the process of change and unclear on their next step.

You may feel this yourself as you grapple with the necessary up-leveling of self and business to meet the energies head-on.

Your clients will certainly feel it.

Use this insight to pinpoint the transformation you can offer them and be precise and compelling.

The willingness to change will be a consistent theme as the collective narrative is rewritten.

The change needed at a collective level is being actively resisted by governments and public bodies.

Corporations are actively fighting it.

Supporting willingness to change and championing it will shift the collective narrative significantly.

This coming year is a quest for change that is enacted.

Personal truth,

Essence and purpose are central to the meaning of life.

The quest for change exposes personal truth which is the beginning of the restoration of collective truth.

Equally,

The collective truth will help each of us to discover,

Tune and refine our personal truth.

This is where the journey starts.

We look out and express through the lens of our inner truth as we find our individual place and space within the wider picture.

We are remembering that we are whole and what we need to listen to.

There has been too much talk of change,

Not enough demonstration of options.

What's needed now is the solution or the pathway to the solution.

It's not more of the same.

It's options and guides.

It's time for you to step forward as one of those guides.

These energies provide us with real clarity on our business development focus for the coming year.

Because of the need for clarity,

It's time to get sight and understanding of your next level of self,

Purpose,

Business presence and action.

You will need a compelling offer of transformation with a powerful message and a clear process for creating that transformation.

Your process is part of the deal.

Clients will want to understand the steps and journey you create,

Not just the end result.

They're looking for something very tangible.

So you must understand how your work facilitates and delivers change and solutions.

There will be big challenges for business around clarity and foresight.

Leaning into creating something that's not yet real requires leaps of faith,

Both as a creator and an experiencer.

Your clients will be taking leaps of faith.

Make it as easy as you can for them.

Model those leaps in your own growth and presence.

Focus on clarity of expression,

Leadership,

Holding your energy,

A powerful voice and presence.

There is a massive up-level and change in dynamics that needs to be led and brought into active experience,

And you are part of this.

Be prepared for dynamic learning and experiential shifts.

The leadership that's needed is not created by pushing.

Opening is the key.

Up-leveling is allowing the energy that is already within and seeking to move through you to find its motion and expression.

Listen within.

Hold your focus on what you hear,

Sense or know.

This will guide you to create,

Shape and build an elevated presence and solution.

Open to being drawn forward to your point of embodiment.

Procrastination will be a theme this year,

And it will be painful for many.

The movement of the energy in 2024 is gentle and flowing,

Not difficult.

If you at any time find yourself in frustration or stuckness,

It's a reminder to let go and release yourself and your business into movement.

Your clients may well come to you in the pain of that stuckness.

Take what you have experienced and turn it into what they need.

Be solution and expansion focused.

The sense of being stuck is mostly energetic.

Do what you can to move energy into expression.

Remember that if energy isn't moving,

Life force energy isn't either.

There are six areas that need to be your core focus of business development.

Number one is clarity on your elevated and expanded vision.

Two is clarity on the shape of your work that drives the solution to its next level.

Three is sight and expression of the big impact.

Four is a strong presence and consistently held energy.

Five is a powerful,

Clear,

Concise message that challenges the old timelines and sets out the new.

And finally,

Six is a focus on solution,

Looking forward,

Not back.

In considering your business design,

Energetically it needs to be light,

Agile and streamlined in the year ahead.

The energy needs to be focused so it can get to work.

Too many avenues of expression will dissipate the energy when it needs to be concentrated.

Be very strategic and focused in your activities.

Be efficient with your energy and keep that energy moving.

Expect to see a lot of frustration in your communities as people struggle to get the clarity they need or the confidence to take action.

This sense of being stuck will be uncomfortable.

Get clear on how it will affect them and you will have all you need to create a strong,

Magnetic message which calls them forward.
