I call them kind of like icebergs.

There are things that really bother us and they're bothering us because that's our issue too but we don't see that and we just think it's them and it will be on a deeper level within us maybe like it'll be you know not at a at a deeper level than maybe a superficial level that it's showing in somebody else but the only things that bug us are us when we realize that then we just pull back from judging others and we we pull back to our own hearts and go like okay how can I be more in truth the more you keep you keep being embody your truth the less that will be a problem
