Bring your awareness to your feet.
Feel them softening.
Relaxing completely.
Let your calves and dicks release.
Becoming heavy and warm.
Relax your hips.
Your belly.
Letting go of any tension.
Your chest rises gently with each breath.
And falls easily with each exhale.
Soften your shoulders.
Allow them to drop away from your ears.
Arms.
Hands.
And every fingertip.
Loose and still.
Relax your neck.
Unclench your jaw.
Soften your eyes.
Smooth your forehead.
Take a slow inhale.
Filling your lungs with calm energy.
Exhale fully.
And slowly releasing all wars,
All tension,
All everything.
With every inhale,
