Before we get into the meditation,
It is important to take a few moments just to relax.
We will start by sitting with good posture.
Place your feet shoulder width distance apart and firmly planted on the floor.
Let your spine be straight but relaxed.
Expand to your chest area a little.
Once you are settled,
Take a slow deep breath to bring yourself to the present moment and begin the process of feeling more peaceful and centered.
We will start by taking a deep breath in and deep breath out.
Again another deep breath in and deep breath out.
Let's do it once more.
Deep breath in and out.
Very well.
Now let's go back to normal breathing.
Feel the differences of how much more relaxed your body is when compared to the start of the audio.
Keep breathing.
Now we will picture a warm,
Loving golden light spreading from the top of your head down to your toes.
You are now enveloped by the loving golden light.
And from the top of your head,
Move the golden light to the area of your eyes.
With your eyes,
You realize that you have the gift of seeing.
Seeing a smile,
Seeing light dancing around you,
Seeing nature,
Seeing beautiful sunrise and sunset,
All the beauties in life.
And for this gift of seeing,
We say,
I am grateful.
Now feel the warmth of the golden light expand all over your face.
Next we will move the golden light to your lips and mouth.
With your lips and mouth,
You realize that you have the gift of taste.
You have the gift of being able to kiss people you love,
To speak and express all that you want to.
To this you say,
I am grateful.
And now feel the warmth of the golden light expand even further.
Remember to keep breathing.
And on your next inhale,
You are moving the golden light away from your face to the area around your heart.
You realize that you have the gift of feeling loved and compassion with your heart.
To this you say,
I am grateful.
Feel the warmth of the golden light expand from your heart even further.
With each inhale and exhale,
Let this golden light of gratitude grow outward.
Expand it to fill your whole body and be enveloped by it.
And the rest of the audio,
You'll be hearing the sound of Tibetan singing bulls playing.
And with the music,
Allow yourself to continue to be bathed in the warmth of the golden light of gratitude.
With the music,
You are in a place where you can feel safe,
Relaxed and grateful for what you have.
Aum Wherever your mind is,
Bring your attention to the world.
Wherever your mind is,
Bring your attention back to the present moment and to the room that you're in.
As you continue the day,
