Welcome to this meditation.
Today we meditate with the brilliance of the Sun.
We will use its powerful energy for healing and to rejuvenate our bodies.
Finding a quiet spot outside in the sunlight is best for this meditation.
If you are unable to do that,
Just imagine that you are.
Imagine you can feel the warmth of the Sun on your face.
You can sit on the ground or lay down,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
Allow your eyes to close.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and sign out through your mouth.
Turn your heart upwards.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling it all out through your mouth.
With your next big breath in,
Feel your breath drop down into your heart space.
Follow the rise and fall of your chest.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathe deeply.
Feel the Sun above you.
Feel its powerful rays coming down.
Allow them to penetrate into your skin,
Into your muscles,
Into all of your organs,
Lighting up every single cell.
And bringing with it so much healing.
The light of the Sun swirls around inside your body,
Filling you up with rejuvenating energy.
Breathe into every part of your being,
Every body part,
Every muscle,
All your organs.
Each and every cell is energized.
Breathing in and out.
Imagine every part of your body receiving this healing light and uplifting energy.
Allow it to heal any part of you that needs healing.
And breathe.
The warm sunlight radiates outside of your body,
In front of you,
To your sides,
And your back,
Swirling all around you.
Take a moment to feel how wonderful that is.
The energy of the Sun brings with it wisdom from ancient times.
Continue breathing and draw your attention inward to the space behind your eyes.
Focus here and breathe deeply and let go.
What wisdom is being revealed to you?
Be open to receiving.
Breathe and receive all that you are to know.
Breathe and receive.
Breathe and receive what you are ready to know.
Continue breathing and acknowledging any wisdom revealed to you.
Take a deeper breath in and a deeper breath out and sigh,
Allowing any wisdom and healing to be grounded and integrated throughout your body.
Begin to bring yourself back to the place where you are sitting or laying down.
Feel your body again and stretch and come back to the present moment.
You are energized,
Replenished,
Aware.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and bringing all of the sunlight with you throughout your day.
And so it is.
