Good morning and welcome to this new day,
A day full of wonder and infinite possibility.
My name is Dar and I am so happy to be here with you today and I really hope this meditation empowers,
Grounds,
And energizes you for the day ahead.
Now I want to keep it short,
So let's just dive right in.
If you're feeling sluggish,
Try sitting up a little straighter to brighten the energy in the mind body.
You can close your eyes or lower the gaze.
And then let's begin by taking a few very deep breaths.
Imagine the oxygen coming into the body and nourishing and energizing every cell of your being.
And then on the exhale,
Imagine letting go of all that doesn't serve your highest good.
And that includes any worries or concerns or feelings of dread you might be projecting onto the day you have ahead of you.
Let it all go.
So now we're going to begin with a few moments of gratitude.
Gratitude is a wonderful way to start the day.
What are you grateful for?
I like to begin my gratitude practice with this precious human life.
The breath which sustains me and the beautiful body that houses my consciousness,
My loving tender heart,
And carries me through this amazing mysterious life.
From there I offer gratitude for all the wonderful beings in my life.
Those who lift me up,
Love me,
And allow me to be my unique,
Weird,
Awkward,
And charming self.
So just spend a little time now offering gratitude for all the big and small things that fill your life with joy,
With hope,
With love,
And with light.
Your morning meditation sets the trajectory for your day.
So I invite you now to set an intention for your day and make it a capital P powerful intention.
Keep in mind that you're a divine being made of stardust and you can choose to have a wonderful day.
All you need to do is show up as the highest version of yourself and do your absolute best.
So now take a slow,
Steady,
Deep breath in and let it out nice and slow using the breath to connect to this present moment.
We need to get still and quiet,
Letting the swirl of the mind slow so that we can move into the day with clarity.
And now just keep breathing,
Feeling the breath come into the body and then being released.
With each and every breath,
Feel yourself becoming calm and centered.
Feel the body relax and ground.
Feel the connection to the earth beneath you.
Take another slow,
Deep breath in,
Feeling all the sensations of breath in the body.
And then exhale slowly and easily.
And now repeat after me aloud if you're somewhere where you can and you don't feel overly self-conscious.
I am strong.
I am powerful.
I am divine.
This is going to be a good day.
I am strong.

And now let's whisper it three times.

Let it fill your whole heart and take root there.
Let's take one last slow deep breath in and let it go.

Knowing it is filled with infinite possibility and you can choose to make it the best day it can be.
