Becoming Closer To God

Welcome to today's meditation.

Today we are going to meditate with an angel named Peniel.

The name means the face of God and in this connection we're going to understand how to live in a reality in which we are connected with the light of the Creator as if the Creator is sitting with us face to face.

So let's begin.

Please put your feet on the ground and cross your arms,

Lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision and close them and take a deep breath in and out.

Another deep breath in,

Let go of all the thoughts and the worries.

Breathe out all the stress,

Breathe in again,

Allow yourself to disconnect from the day to day and breathe out.

Start to relax the muscles of your body,

Relax your head,

The muscles of your face,

Relax the muscles around your eyes,

Your nose,

Your cheekbones,

Your jaw,

Relax your neck and your shoulders,

Relax your arms all the way down to your fingertips,

Relax your chest and your abdomen muscles,

Relax your back,

Your hips,

Your knees,

Your calves,

All the way down to your toes.

Let your body completely relax and sink into your chair and imagine you have roots that are growing from the bottom of your feet down into the ground,

Down and down and down,

All the way down to the core of the earth and you're feeling grounded and connected to mother earth.

And in the next series of breathing,

As you're breathing and your chest expands,

See the entire earth expanding with you.

Breathe in,

See everything expanding and breathe out.

Again,

Breathe in,

As your chest expands,

See the earth expanding with it,

And breathe out.

And one more time,

Breathe in,

See the entire universe expanding and breathe out.

And there's a beautiful white light coming from the core of the earth and going up through the roots,

Up and up to the bottom of your feet.

And that light keep going up through your legs,

Your hips,

Your abdomen,

Your chest,

Filling up your entire body,

Your arms,

Your shoulders and neck,

Going all the way up through your head,

All the way up to the top of your head.

And this light is forming a ball,

And you see this ball expanding and expanding and growing until it completely surrounds you,

Like a beautiful cocoon of white light.

And this light is swirling around you,

You're feeling very safe,

Supported,

Connected.

And now allow this ball to lift you up into the air and start going up and up and up,

And up and up.

You're looking down and you see yourself becoming smaller and smaller,

The house where you're at becoming smaller,

And the ball keep going up and up.

You can now see the city where you live becoming smaller and smaller.

And you see your country and the ball keeps going up and up.

And you can see the entire earth,

A beautiful blue ball becoming smaller and smaller and smaller.

You're going out of the atmosphere into space,

Seeing the planets,

Traveling through the Milky Way.

And you keep going up and up and up,

Through layers and layers of energy,

Through different realms of reality.

Different worlds,

Different chambers.

You're reaching a special place,

Filled with beautiful light,

With a purple hue,

You're looking around and everything is so beautiful.

You're landing softly and you're starting to walk.

There's a beautiful light,

Shining on the other side of that chamber.

And as you get closer to that light,

You see a beautiful,

Magnificent angel.

He has a beautiful face and he's looking at you with love and excitement and happiness.

And he's opening his arms and welcoming you,

Embracing you.

This is Angel Pennyelle.

His name means the face of God.

He's telling you that in this moment you have a very special opportunity to create a connection and a bond with the creator.

There are so many different ways and different levels in which we can connect to the light of God.

Connecting face to face is like being connected to a very good friend or family member that you love dearly.

And you can sit and have a conversation with them face to face.

In this moment,

There is an opportunity to create that kind of connection.

To know that the creator loves you and cares for you.

The creator wants to be close to you like a good friend.

And the creator wants you to feel the same.

Pennyelle is telling you,

You can always talk to the creator.

You can always ask for help.

You can call on him anytime.

Naturally,

When things don't go our way in our life,

When we're facing challenges,

Pain,

Hurt,

We tend to take a step back from the light of God.

And maybe another step back.

Every time something may seem as hard and negative,

We take a step back.

And without even knowing it,

We create this distance between us and the light.

Pennyelle is telling you,

You need to know the creator is always there for you.

Yes,

There may be challenging situations.

They are part of your process of growth and transformation.

They don't need to weigh down on your connection,

On your bond with God.

So in this moment in time,

You can restore the bond.

You can make that commitment.

You can see yourself sitting with the creator,

Connecting with him like two very,

Very good friends.

And allow yourself to feel what does it feel like to have that kind of bond?

Take a moment,

A quiet moment to just be there.

And more importantly,

It's not just about this moment.

It's about the rest of the day,

The rest of the week,

The rest of the month,

The rest of the year.

Take a moment to make a commitment to maintain that bond that you have with God,

Even when things may seem hard or negative.

When you maintain that connection on your end,

The same will happen from the creator's end.

That force will be there for you no matter what,

Even when you feel you don't deserve it.
