Manifestation Meditation, New Life, Who & What Is In It?

This is Rasa.

Welcome,

Sweet soul.

Today we will create an opportunity for you to rewrite your life or some parts of it.

This therapeutic mindfulness practice will allow you to rewire your brain and set a new point for a new start,

A new life as you want it to be from the beginning.

Prepare to spend this meditation in a comfortable and cozy environment.

Sink into your sofa or yoga mat,

Either sitting or laying down.

Blink your eyes closed.

Ask for your muscles to loosen and soften.

Meditation is when the body and mind are having the same experience.

Let's take ourselves to this place.

You might observe the thoughts in your head,

Now letting them pass without following any.

Rest your attention on the gentle movement on your breathing belly,

How smooth your abdomen muscles have become.

Allow each in and out breath to bring you a little more peace.

Notice how each part of your body and mind becomes slightly heavier and looser.

Notice how beginning a meditation is always a quite tangible experience.

We feel the settling in,

The grounding,

The search for calm,

Taking yourself onto the path of awareness and balancing out.

Now,

Let's travel in our minds,

Bringing in the transformation and newness.

Visualize yourself surrounded by pure nature,

Lush green forests,

Limitless oceans,

Deep night skies and shiny stars.

Dressed in loose and light clothes,

You feel warm and safe in this special place.

You are here alone and all this greatness is solely for you.

Experience there yourself,

Laying down,

Placing your back against soft grass or sand by the ocean.

Feel your back being gently caressed by the earth,

As if it is giving you a very close hug.

An embrace of the purest love possible.

Feel yourself merge and get sinking into this energetic embrace.

You sink deeper and deeper into the embrace that feels like floating now,

Until you find yourself being a sweet,

Tiny embryo in Mother Nature's womb,

Surrounded by softness,

Warmth and love.

You are an unborn pledge of the love of the whole universe.

It is so familiar,

Comfortable and loving here.

Breathe in these feelings and receive them all.

Notice how every cell of your body shimmers in joy now,

Accepting of this sweet and nourishing environment.

Its softness surrounds you completely,

Envelops all your organs,

All your limbs,

Your head and all your skin.

And you easily and effortlessly begin to let go of any fear,

Doubt or hesitation which existed in your previous life.

Become one with this womb,

Feeling its vastness and spaciousness.

Feel its heartbeat close to you,

Gently massaging your body as it beats softly.

You are melting into feeling that you are limitless,

Vast and very special.

In your mind,

Or whisper to yourself after me,

I am safe.

I am loved.

I am fully accepted.

I am at ease.

I am home.

I am ready to be born and brand new.

Now begin to feel the space of the womb,

Pushing its minerals and nutrients into your body.

By nurturing you,

It is also cleansing you,

Wiping out the old.

Feel your skin shimmer,

Your blood purify and your soul being given a new life.

As you breathe,

Newness is present in the sensations around your skin and the pathway of the breath.

You are here for a very fresh start.

Start noticing physical sensations,

Which being in your Mother Nature's womb brings you.

Spread the received healing and purifying energy all over yourself.

Become this energy.

Accept anything that arises now in your body.

Feel Mother Nature's heartbeat,

Its nurturing frequency that has the power to bring to life anything at all.

Your heart rate synchronizes with the one of the Earth.

It is slow and deep.

Tap into the beat of its heart now.

Allow its positive and abundant vibration to penetrate your whole body,

Soul and your mind.

Feel how close you are to nature,

To the Earth.

Dive deeper into this intimate,

Profound connection.

And now notice that there is no difference left between you and Mother Nature.

You are one.

You are an indispensable part of the whole world.

The consciousness of Mother Earth.
