This guided meditation was design to be used for when you're asleep, when no effort is required, simply rest, let your mind absorb the words, affirmations and prepare to wake up with a refreshed mindset. The affirmations used were carefully selected to target beliefs that do not serve your mental and emotional wellbeing. These affirmations will empower you, strengthen you mentally and emotionally.
Transcript
This is Rasa.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
Lay on your bed in the way that is the most comfortable to you.
Relax your arms and legs in a way that induces that delicious drifting off feeling.
Close your eyes.
Relax your lips.
Relax your throat and temples.
Start to let go and let your body become heavy.
Let it sink onto the comfortable surface of your bed.
Feel the sheets of your blanket touching the skin.
Feel the warmth from your body tingling and glowing beneath your skin.
No need to control your breath,
But simply notice it.
This hypnotic,
Gentle movement that's interconnected with the warmth of your body.
Notice its flow up and down.
Feel a subtle inner massage of your gentle breath.
Now begin to consciously release any tension that's present through your body,
Starting with the space inside your head.
Let the tension melt away on your exhales and match the space inside of your head with the space outside of your head.
Make it light and easy,
Relaxed and soothing.
Now move the relaxation and make your shoulders completely limp,
Totally relaxed.
Feeling more air coming into your neck,
Shoulders and chest.
Relax your chest.
Let go of any holding in your upper and middle back.
Moving down the relaxation into your arms and ribs.
Let your whole rib cage relax and soften.
Already feeling so much lighter now.
Feeling calm.
Move the relaxation energy into your belly and through your elbows,
Your forearms and hands into your fingers.
Let the relaxation energy slide down into your pelvic bowl and into your lower back.
Relax your sit bones.
Let any tension present in your thighs to just melt away as you feel more and more relaxed.
Move the relaxation into your knees,
Down into your lower legs.
Feeling your calves,
Your ankles,
Heels,
Your feet and all of your toes.
Feeling here so relaxed,
So calm,
So free.
I will now say affirmations that are designed to strengthen you mentally,
Emotionally,
Boost your confidence and help you to overall become a better version of you as soon as this meditation ends.
As I say the affirmations out loud,
Simply relax your mind and let my words to just pass through and across your mind and awareness.
The affirmation cycle will repeat a few times.
If something does not resonate,
Just let it go and pull in the affirmations that resonate with you today.
Do not worry about falling asleep.
As you drift off to sleep,
The words will continue to wash over you as your subconscious mind listens when you are asleep and creates new neural pathways,
Forms new beliefs and positive expectations and outcomes for you.
Let's begin.
Things do not need to go my way for me to be ok.
I let go of the past.
I forgive.
I do not dwell.
I am looking forward to change.
I am able to adapt and enjoy change as it comes.
I make the best out of each situation.
I see opportunities anywhere I turn.
If I feel like I failed,
I remember and recognize that I tried something new.
I stepped out of my comfort zone to learn and to grow.
I am patient with myself and the process of my growth.
I allow for the seeds of my ideas and intentions to grow.
I relax and I allow my intentions to come to fruition.
I have an ability to deal with any situation.
I accept my mental power that's within me.
I am aware of my emotions and I can manage it as needed.
I take time for healing when needed and keep things in perspective to remain mentally and emotionally strong and grounded.
I practice self-love and recognize that pleasing everyone is an impossible and not my job.
I practice the best version of myself so I can be the best example for those I love.
I practice healthy boundaries with others and treasure my happiness.
I know when to say yes and I know when to say no and I honor that knowing I put it in practice.
I know when it's valuable to stay and I know when it's helpful to walk away.
I choose wisely where to spend my emotional energy and I easily allow others to do the same.
My emotional intelligence strengthens each time I become aware of my emotions.
I carefully and calmly observe and allow only myself to define me so I can become better.
As I am growing,
I get to know who I am.
I am learning to accept myself for who I am and I am looking forward to who I will become.
Positive opinions from others about me bother me less and less.
Each day I grow more and more aware of my worth.
I do not require praise to know who I am and what my worth is.
I call failures tries.
With each try I get closer to my goals which also evolve and grow.
I enjoy learning about myself and I invite experiences that will reveal my depth and my strengths.
I understand and accept that I will forever be evolving and changing.
When doubts creep in,
I stop,
I give myself time and space to sort and to regroup.
I do not take things personally that are not personal.
When things get heavy,
Boring or difficult,
I find ways to make my day more fun.
I seek opportunities of joy in any way I can.
I am able to shift my energy and lift my mood at the moment of my awareness.
I welcome and seek new ideas about improving myself.
I am choosing curiosity over judgement.
I am open to learning balanced communication skills.
I speak up in a kind and clear way.
I learn my preferences and I become comfortable to express it fully.
I choose a productive,
Kind conversation over confrontation every single time.
With each positive choice I make,
My emotional body strengthens and I feel more balanced and stable.
I acknowledge and share through my strengths and I acknowledge and learn through my weaknesses.
When I am wrong,
I admit my wrongs and I take full responsibility easily.
I choose insight over blame.
I choose mindful response over reaction.

I let go emotions of control and choose adaptability.
