With your next breath in,

Let your awareness spiral up your spine,

Exhale and feel the breath travel down through each vertebra one by one.

With your next inhale,

Feel your spine growing taller,

Stronger,

Steeper.

Feel it rise from the space of your tailbone like a sacred mountain,

Each vertebra stacked upon the next,

Like massive stones deliberately placed,

Aligned by divine hands.
