The way of transformation requires a willingness to use time differently than you currently do. It begins with seeing life and your now moment in a new way, letting this more expansive sight inform more expansive ways of living and being in the world. Today, she will share with you a powerful exercise she personally does for opening up to a more expansive and holistic perspective of the now. It involves seeing yourself in your current moment from five unique perspectives.

Hello and welcome to this week's guided meditation for expanding your view and vision of your now and seeing it in a new way.

Come to a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes.

Let your shoulders relax as you lengthen up through your spine and the crown of your head.

Relax the muscles in your face and tilt your chin so your jaw is parallel with the floor,

Finding a nice balance of softness and alertness.

Let every inhale nourish you,

Filling you up,

Giving you exactly what you need.

And let every exhale cleanse you.

Letting all tension,

Stress simply melt away as you do.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

And relax.

And relax.

The way to create transformation in your life requires a willingness to use time differently.

And that begins with seeing things in a new way and letting this more expansive sight inform more expansive ways of living and being in the world.

Today I'll share with you a powerful exercise that I personally use for opening up to a more expansive and holistic perspective of my now.

It involves seeing yourself in your current moment or situation from five unique perspectives.

And so to begin,

Using your mind's eye,

Your imagination,

I want you to hover about ten feet above your body and view yourself from above.

See the space you're in.

See yourself.

Notice your facial expression and your overall energy state from this point of view.

Notice what feels most important or valuable about this moment.

And what words of affirmation or advice would you give yourself from this spacious perspective?

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now we're going to travel through time to the perspective of your 80-year-old self.

And so when your 80-year-old self looks in on you in this moment,

What do they see?

How do they see you?

What do they see as most important or valuable about you in this moment?

What words of encouragement or advice would they give to you now?

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now we'll shift to embody the perspective of your higher self,

The enlightened and awakened version of you,

The you who has released every tension,

Every grievance,

And feels limitless,

The you who is spacious and vibrantly alive in the now.

This is the version of yourself who loves effortlessly and abundantly,

Forgives immediately,

And knows their immense power with every cell of their being.

And so how do you,

As this loving,

Spacious,

And compassionate being,

View yourself in your now?

How do you see this moment you're in?

What's important about it?

What are you most delighted by or interested in?

What words of wisdom or kindness would you as your higher self share with you in this moment?

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now expand,

Become diffuse,

Infinite,

As you take on the perspective of the very essence of life,

The source of all being across all dimensions.

Become the one.

Hold all of creation within you,

All of life.

Feel the trees growing and the rivers flowing within you.

Feel all the hearts beating and pulsing with life.

And from this expansive and radiant place of unity,

Bring your attention to you,

To where you sit in this room.

How does this unity,

This essence of life itself view you?

What does the source of all being know about you in your now?

What's valuable?

What's important?

What would the heart of life speak to you right now?

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Now expand,

Become diffuse and yet infinitely awake and receptive as you become the energy of love itself.

If love had eyes and was looking in on you now,

What would it see?

How does love feel towards you?

What does love celebrate in you?

And what would love tell you if it could speak to you right now?

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Beautiful.

Slowly return to your body,

Arriving more fully as you in your now.

Feeling your wholeness,

Becoming increasingly aware of your own presence,

Expansive and awake.

Let's rest for a moment,

Holding space for the diversity and knowing of all these perspectives within you.

Each one painting a bigger picture of who you are,

Your beauty,

Your brilliance,

Your aliveness,

Your worthiness and your goodness.

And know that you can tune into any one of these perspectives whenever you're looking for greater clarity,

Love or guidance in your now.

You are limitless and you can see and perceive yourself in an infinite array of perspectives,

Angles,

Viewpoints and dimensions.

Each one holds its own truth.

When you see life in a new way,

You become new in your now and everything shifts to accommodate your expanded perspective.

You open the space for fresh life to flow in and for new opportunities,

Ideas and feelings to present themselves to you.

Essentially,

You become a new being.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Gently open up your eyes.

See if you can stay spacious,

Stay sky-like,

Holding the space to know yourself and the moment you're in,

In new ways.

And using that vision to become new in your now.

This is the way of transformation.

From one expansive vista of being to another.

A completely effective meditation. I especially.love the shifting of perspective to the other versions of yourself and creating affirmations from those perspectives. Hoer shorter meditations are effective as well and I am liking her growing list of slightly longer ones.
