This is a short but potent meditation I put together at this time for anyone wishing to take part. Together, we reconnect with the light and bring it in, in order to shine it out. Simple but powerful. Just close your eyes and listen. You can use this daily or more often.

In times of darkness and transformation,

Beings of light are called upon to be the beacon.

We begin now by connecting with our heart centers,

So simply place your attention and focus there,

Just feeling.

Take a gentle breath,

Allowing yourself to be held in this moment.

Allow your heart energy to radiate.

Like a portal opening.

Connecting to truth.

Who we really are.

In your mind's eye,

See and feel waves and ripples of light.

Around you and also a part of you.

This is your light.

Imagine and feel and know a pure energy of glistening light,

Shimmering,

Moving,

However it appears for you,

Pouring now into your heart center.

Feel the beauty of this moment.

And as you call this light in,

You begin to shine it out.

Feel this light shining out from your heart center.

Radiating love.

Feel this light shining out from your whole being.

Be with this light now,

Calling it in effortlessly,

Shining it out effortlessly.

In service to all,

In love,

Utilizing the beauty of your being,

Of your soul,

During this shift of consciousness.

Holding the light more and more.

A guiding light.

A healing light.

A cleansing light.

The light of power and wisdom.

And watch as this light creates a wave,

As every heart is illuminated more and more.

And as this light shines out from your heart center,

You begin to shine it out.

And as you call this light in,
