A feeling of warmth and safety,
In order to allow your most magical dream of reality and experience to flow and be expressed through you as you.
So I welcome you to sit or lie down,
Finding a comfortable position for you today,
And I invite you to close your eyes,
Sensing into a blanket of darkness and allowing yourself to get cosy in this embrace,
To become familiar with this sense of surrender that's always available to you,
Where you can retune yourself and begin to express anew in the next form and transformation of you.
A space where we can let this be comfortable,
Easy and natural.
Sensing into a warm and nurturing darkness,
A place where you can rest,
Sinking into softness,
Into the void.
The space where light and life breathes forth from,
Where all is free,
Where all is freedom.
This cauldron of transformation,
Where you can be nurtured and nourished.
Nothing and everything at the same time.
Sensing into the sense of your body in this space,
Of your flowing self,
Allowing softness to seep through your body,
A warm and comforting darkness,
Softening,
Relaxing all you are,
And noticing the space of your aura,
This essence and energy of you,
And just noticing what is present here through you,
Right now,
And letting it all be,
Softening,
More than you have ever allowed softness before,
Creeping through,
Melting,
And here you allow an energy to hold you,
You feel supported,
And you feel it is you and yet beyond you,
Beyond your human avatar self,
And yet shining from the heart of what you are,
A boundless and never ending support that is always there,
Always welcoming you to rest,
And to become more you,
To become you again and again,
Gently stirring through this cauldron of energy,
Allowing all that is ready to be released to easily do so,
With no grip,
Nothing to hold onto,
And you notice flickers of iridescent light emerging,
Maybe you see it with inner eyes,
Maybe you sense it with your subtle senses,
Maybe both,
And this light embodies the new forms and expressions of you,
It is enriched with the intelligence of the divine that you are,
Evolved from past emanations of yourself,
And ready to be integrated and expressed in whatever form that will take,
In your heart you will choose,
You sense this iridescent light pouring now into your aura,
Swirling from beneath you,
Swirling from above you,
All around you,
Like a gentle embrace,
A gentle welcoming,
It is toning your aura,
Your essence,
It is both guiding you and listening to you so deeply,
A beautiful transformation is taking place,
It shimmers around your feet and the palms of your hands,
Notice where this light is most called to wander and shine,
Notice it shining through you,
All of the ripples and sensations,
You sense it strongly at your heart space now,
A sweet gentle purification yet powerful,
Iridescent light,
You notice it glowing at your third eye,
Like a beautiful decoration of you,
And a soft declaration of something new,
Of something not expressed before,
Lighter and yet enriched by the depths,
Notice the language that this light essence greets you with,
Maybe images,
Visions,
Subtle sensations,
A knowing,
And you can let it all be and flow as you relax and witness,
As you relax and allow,
Just gently bathing in these energies of iridescent you,
Like a beautiful new level of cosmic energy is seeping through,
Ready to greet you and be you,
Merging and expressing through you,
Who do you lovingly dream yourself to be,
How do you dream yourself to be now?
You are,
Nothing you need to do,
No trying,
Welcoming,
Melting,
You just rest and know as it sings through you,
Let this flow for a few moments now,
Journeying in your own freedom,
Your own creation,
This essence that you really are,
And now,
Feeling these energies settling and beginning to stabilise,
Allowing them to integrate,
Speak to you and through you receiving information,
Receiving a deep relaxation through every cell of your body and being,
Relaxing into who you are in this moment becoming,
Through every layer of your experience,
This iridescent light speaks,
And it will continue to whisper its magic through you as you become more familiar,
Returning your awareness softly to this new now moment,
