So,
Just close your eyes.
And as you do so,
I would like you to take a deep breath in and on the out-breath,
Just release everything that doesn't need to be in this space.
Take another deep breath in.
And on the out-breath,
Just release everything that doesn't need to be here.
And allow your breathing to fall into its natural rhythm.
Every in-breath relaxing you more and more.
And every out-breath,
Just releasing everything that doesn't need to be in this space.
And give yourself permission to relax.
For when you think about relaxing,
So you will relax.
Allow yourself to relax.
And now I want you to seefully imagine or know a beautiful golden light above your head.
It's a beautiful golden light of peace and relaxation.
And just allow this beautiful golden light to move into your aura,
The energy filled around you.
And as it does so,
It fills your whole body with its beautiful,
Relaxing energy,
Filling you completely,
Physically,
Mentally and emotionally.
And as it does,
Just fill it moving into the top of your head.
And just allow the top of your head to relax with this beautiful golden energy.
And this beautiful golden energy now moves down into your brow,
Into your temples,
The back of your head,
Your eyes and your eyelids feeling so heavy,
Moving down into your ears,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your jaw feeling so comfortable and relaxed.
This relaxation moves down into your neck,
And you feel all your neck muscles start to relax.
This relaxation now moves down into your shoulders,
And your shoulders just feel so relaxed.
Feels like there's warm sunshine just bathing your shoulders.
How wonderful it feels for them to be so relaxed.
Now this relaxation moves down into your upper arms,
Your elbows,
Your lower arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands and your fingers.
And just allow this relaxation to move into your upper body as you feel all your chest muscles start to relax all your stomach muscles start to relax.
All your stomach muscles start to relax.
Whole of your back relaxing,
And your spine relaxing,
Vertebrae by vertebrae by vertebrae.
As this relaxation moves down into your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your buttocks sinking you deeper down where you are sitting or lying.
As this relaxation moves down into your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your heels and your feet,
All the way down to your toes.
Your whole body just feels so relaxed.
I want you now to sit down and I want you now to see fully,
Imagine or know yourself at the top of a staircase.
It's a staircase with 10 wide safe comfortable steps leading down to a beautiful doorway.
And in a moment I'm going to count you down the steps from 10 to 1.
Each descending number relaxing you more and more.
So if you're ready now,
Let's start walking down the stairs 10.
Going deeper down the stairs 9.
Deeper down the stairs 8.
Deeper down the stairs 7,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
Deeper down the stairs 6.
Going deeper down the stairs 5.
Deeper down the stairs 4,
More and more relaxed.
Deeper down the stairs 3.
Going deeper down the stairs 2.
All the way down the stairs 1.
And you take a step off that bottom step and find yourself standing in front of a beautiful doorway.
And now just open that door and step right through.
And as you do you find yourself on the Giza Plateau in Egypt.
It's a beautiful evening and the sand is a beautiful golden colour.
And in front of you,
You see the three pyramids lined up.
And you find a comfortable space to sit down and nestle in the sand.
As you stare at the pyramids and you feel the warmness of the night.
Maybe there's a gentle breeze just cooling your skin slightly.
You can smell the night time scents.
Maybe you can even hear a camel in the distance.
It's just so beautiful and peaceful.
Sitting here in this Egyptian desert staring at the magnificent of the three pyramids.
And as you sit there you feel in awe of their great majestic size and energy.
And it feels so wonderful to be here.

Where you know the energy is extra special today.
You also know that there's a new moon up in the sky.

And you feel the energy that is coming down.
