This meditation is to still your mind.
Be ready to experience a higher reality by stilling your mind.
So start by noticing your body in the space that you're in.
Really be aware that you have a body and your body is in space right now.
Start to notice the dimensions around you,
Left side and right side,
Front,
Back,
Above and below and then start to notice the center of your chest,
Which has all of these dimensions around you.
If your eyes aren't already closed,
Please close them and just notice the breath in your stomach,
Moving in and out.
If you're having any thoughts or your mind is getting distracted,
Just keep coming back to the breath and now bring your awareness to your forehead,
The point between your eyebrows and imagine that all thoughts and distractions are being pulled into this point,
All strands of energy are being sucked into this black hole where your third eye is.
Visualize and feel all of your energy circling and being pulled to this third eye area and visualize this black hole where there's nothing and everything dissolves.
Keep feeling the breath at the same time.
On each in-breath,
You are receiving energy and each out-breath,
The energy is going to that third eye and dissolving,
All thoughts dissolving,
All the energy just dissolving into that third eye.
Keep your attention and your focus on the stomach,
On the in-breath of energy and the out-breath of energy just dissolving into the third eye like a black hole,
In and out.
In,
You are alive and out,
You dissolve and now start visualizing the sun rising on your in-breath and brightness and the sun setting on the out-breath into darkness,
Light and dark and dark.
Really feel that in your body as you visualize the light in your body dissolving into dark through your third eye,
A cyclical motion,
A wheel that continues forever,
In and out,
The cycle continues.
And finally,
Connect yourself with the one that is observing all of this,
The in-breath and the out-breath,
You're able to observe both occurring,
Knowing that you are neither of them and you're both,
Pure awareness,
Watching,
Finding that self that is pure awareness and watching.
Stay here and find an inner smile in this space where you are free to just watch,
Enjoy it and the pleasure in it and feel that in your heart,
Feel the pleasure in your heart,
The pleasure of just watching and just being as you are and start noticing that joy and that pleasure moving into the rest of your body,
In your legs,
In your chest,
In your stomach,
This joy energy moving through your arms,
Into your head and into your brain,
This joy,
This energy,
This joy of awareness,
Of stillness,
Allow that to move through your body,
Feel the vibration,
Feel this ecstasy,
This electricity moving through your body,
Joy moving from your heart into the rest of your body,
Joy coming into your body,
Pure embodiment of joy and stillness,
Feel the energy moving through your spine,
Feel your toes really coming into your body right now and then finding one thing that you're really grateful for in your life,
One thing,
One person,
Feel that in your heart and feel that energy vibrate outwardly to the left and right side of you like wings,
This joy,
This ecstasy,
This gratitude of life like wings,
Wings and then really feel yourself grounded like a tree with roots,
With flowering petals and leaves launching into the sky,
A gigantic tree full of life,
A tree full of life,
Feel that in your body and start noticing your breath like an elixir of energy,
Joy in your breath,
Centered,
Alive and we're going to end the meditation in a moment,
So give some thanks,
Just giving thanks in this moment,
Bowing down and you can bring your hands together to your heart and then slowly opening your eyes,
