Hi,
I'm Raj Gausea and I'm going to be guiding you through an experience.
An experience which is going to allow you to feel grounded,
But to balance that with this desire that we all have.
To expand,
To grow and to live our lives as fully as we can.
So get yourself into a comfortable space.
Gift yourself this time.
Now,
During the busyness of our lives,
These moments are precious.
Just like how life is.
So allow yourself to really get comfortable.
This might be lying down,
Sitting down,
Or you may even be listening to this during a walk,
Enjoying it mindfully.
Whatever you're doing,
Let yourself tune into your breath.
This breath is with us all day long.
So give it some attention right now.
And imagine the breath coming in from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head.
And now bring all of your attention to your feet and your relationship to the ground.
Notice how the ground feels in relation to you.
Your body is sinking and being pulled to the ground.
Imagine the energy of the earth from the core of the planet.
Reaching up towards your feet and connecting into you.
Feel how it gives you some power.
Feel how your legs are stable and supported by the ground.
Like a tree with deep roots,
Getting nourishment,
Strong.
And now bring your awareness from your feet and your legs up towards the core,
The navel area,
And your heart.
Feel the center of your being.
Feel the power in your stomach and the flow of your heart.
Strong like the trunk of a tree.
Supported by the roots of the ground and able to grow and rise.
Feel the power of love in your heart.
And start to feel it rising from your heart to your throat.
Feel yourself rising with each breath.
If any thoughts and distractions appear,
Just come back to your heart to love.
Now feel that power from your trunk,
From your heart,
Rising all the way to your head,
Between your eyes,
Rising through the top of your head.
And feel a connection to the sky,
To the endless universe.
Everything above you,
Like a tree,
Rising upward as high as it can.
Feel yourself rising to the skies.
With each breath,
Notice your connection to the above and to the below.
From here,
To rising and grounding at the same time.
With each inhale,
Feel yourself rising.
And each exhale,
Feel yourself grounding.
If any thoughts appear,
Just come back to the breath.
And focus on rising and grounding.
And notice any sensations.
Just notice the experience.
Without striving,
Just feel the experience.
Now finally,
Imagine all of your attention being dropped right now.
All efforts dropped.
Just let yourself be.
And bring yourself to your heart once again.
And remind yourself of this life in you,
Grounding and growing.
Now start to bring your attention back to your body,
To the physical sensations.
Start by moving your fingers and toes.
You can stay here longer if you wish,
But otherwise,
Begin to open your eyes gently.
And thank yourself for taking this time out.

Write them down right now.
Otherwise,
Just absorb the experience before you continue into your day.
