Light bathing meditation with Rebecca Campbell.
Take some time to get really comfortable,
Ideally sitting on a chair with your spine straight and your feet really flat on the ground.
Gently close your eyes and begin to breathe into the four corners of your belly,
Allowing your breath to slow down,
To deepen,
And to ease you into a state of deep,
Deep calm as you allow these deep breaths to calm your entire system,
Really inviting every part of you to enter a state of deep surrender and replenishment.
Breathing really deeply,
Surrendering to enter a state of deep receiving and replenishment.
In the center of your heart,
Imagine a beautiful flower,
And with your next breath,
Will that flower to open courageously,
Petal by petal,
Breathing in and out very deeply.
In the center of that flower,
Imagine a beautiful light,
Your inner light,
Your inner temple,
Your soul,
Your ancient self.
With your next breath,
Invite that part of you to be truly present and to envelop your entire being.
In the heavens above,
Imagine a giant ball of source energy,
The unlimited supply of light and energy of the whole entire universe.
This light representing the mysterious pulse that causes planets to spin,
The seasons to come and go.
Now imagining a pillar of that light,
Of that unlimited supply of source energy,
Coming down from the heavens,
A pillar of light in through your crown,
Traveling down your spine,
Unlimited supply of light.
Allow yourself to really receive this beautiful divine energy,
Letting it make its way down your spine,
All the way to the tips of your toes and fingers,
Allowing the intelligence of this light to heal and fill up any part of you that feels like it needs it right now.
Surrender to this intelligence,
Breathe and let go,
Breathe and allow the unlimited light to fill your entire being with whatever quality that you most yearn for or need right now.
Breathe and allow yourself to receive this divine energy through your entire system,
Noticing that the more you allow,
The more open your heart becomes and the more alive your cells feel and receive this incredible light,
This unlimited supply of light from the heavens,
Receiving it all,
Surrendering to it all,
Allowing yourself to be showered by this rejuvenating,
Replenishing light source and the more you receive,
The more connected to the entire universe you become,
Surrendering to that mystery,
To that force that exists within you and surrender,
Be filled up,
Allowing yourself to be replenished every single cell in your body,
Every square centimeter of your body being recharged,
Healed,
Activated,
Energized,
Deeply breathing,
Taking three final deep,
Deep breaths as you allow yourself to drink in this incredible energy,
This incredible unlimited supply of light,
Feeling so connected and so rejuvenated and so yourself,
Breathing in all that you really,
Truly are,
Calling back home all of who you are,
Letting the light inform you,
Replenish you and nourish you,
Drawing your attention to your heart center,
To that beautiful flower and that beautiful inner light within the center of that flower,
Allowing it to open even more,
