It is time for sleep,

But your mind is not winding down and relaxing enough to allow you to fall asleep.

So let's work together to help say goodnight to your mind and allow you to drift off to sleep more easily.

Repeat after me so you can say goodnight to your mind.

Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

You've given me many things to think about.

Lots of curious things.

New ideas.

Old ideas.

And things to plan for.

Now,

We need to take a rest.

We have much more time to think these thoughts again tomorrow.

But we need to make sure that we're well rested so we can continue having these amazing thoughts.

We'll take all of the decisions that we need to make tomorrow.

We'll take those actions that we need to take tomorrow.

And we'll think of those amazing thoughts.

Curious thoughts.

Interesting thoughts.

Tomorrow.

So for now,
