Feel like it's time to hit reset,

Time to pause and refresh your life and then launch your life to the next level.

From my work with people seeking meaningful life change,

I can see four powerful habits that help you to reset your life and get rapid success.

In this guided meditation,

I'll share these four habits and ask you powerful questions so you can reflect on each one and use this to reset and level up your own life.

So make sure you're in a safe,

Quiet place,

Not driving or using machinery,

So you can relax.

This isn't medical advice or therapy,

This is about empowering your personal growth.

So let's get the mind into a relaxed,

Focused state for this.

So make yourself comfortable,

Close your eyes and begin with a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Take another deep breath,

Let your breathing settle into its own natural rhythm and let the body relax,

Feeling the support of the surface underneath.

Really let the muscles soften,

Body settling,

Mind relaxing.

Calm and focused for reflection.

Now habit number one to reset your life,

Come back to your core.

This means connecting with your purpose,

Looking at what your core values are,

What is most important in your life.

Your values have to match how you're living your life to get real fulfilment,

So a life reset involves reflecting on what your values are at your core.

Take a few moments to think about this,

What are the most important things in life for you?

Habit two,

Powerful intentions.

To get real change in a life reset,

You want to make a conscious,

Determined intention.

This is basically how to approach your new life goal,

Starting each day with the determined resolve to go one step further towards your goal.

So think about this,

What small ritual could you do every morning to reinforce your intention for your life?

Habit three,

Keep or kick.

To free up the energy and time for a life reset,

You want to look at the current structure of your life,

Your habits,

Your mindsets,

And decide what is nourishing you,

What you absolutely need to keep,

And what is draining you,

Not serving you,

That needs to be kicked.

So what's one thing you keep and one thing you kick?

Habit four,

Make friends with discomfort.

A life reset is about how to change and inner change,

And to reach a truly exciting life goal,

You yourself will have to change and evolve.

That change can feel uncomfortable,

So welcoming discomfort helps.

Recognise it for what it is,

Your path to greater success and fulfilment.

Aim to notice the excitement and buzz that comes with that discomfort,

And the fulfilment on the other side of it.

Think about the life change you want,

Where is the discomfort in it and where is the excitement?

Well done,

Now open your eyes,

Bringing with you any insights you've had,

These four habits can help you to reset your life in a powerful way and get you success faster.
