We'll help the mind to focus and get a sense of peaceful relaxation.
To begin,
Settle into a comfy position and just become aware of the body.
Become aware of the feeling of the surface beneath you.
Feel its support and take a deep cleansing breath in and a long breath out.
Let the breath then settle into its own natural rhythm.
Let the eyelids comfortably close and allow the body to really relax.
Relaxing the muscles,
Releasing any tension.
Just relax.
Become aware now of the chimes.
With each chime,
Really hearing the sound,
Following it,
The tone,
The ringing,
Follow its fade.
When does the sound end?
Be aware of the sound itself and the space it fills,
The space it leaves.
With each chime,
More relaxed as you tune into the sound,
Allow yourself to be filled with more calm,
More peace,
Stillness,
Pure relaxation.
Take some moments now to just let the chimes relax you.
Well done.
Now open your eyes,
Bringing with you that sense of calm and relaxation.
