Hello,
Friends.
Today's meditation reminds us to nurture grace.
Begin in a comfortable position where you can invite inner reflection.
As you get comfortable,
You can close those outer eyes or keep them open and just gently gazing softly ahead of you.
Bring awareness to your in-breath and your out-breath and silently ask yourself what does the word grace mean to you?
When I reflect on this word grace,
I think of unconditional love despite my faults,
Imperfections or any shortcomings.
When I offer myself grace,
I am embracing my uniqueness.
Grace.
There is grace as we all welcome stillness.
In stillness,
We invite a caring moment.
In this caring moment,
We ask ourselves how can we invite more patience and offer ourselves the same kindness and acceptance that we would offer a loved one or a dear friend?
Grace.
There is grace in our breath,
The in-breath and the out-breath.
With each in-breath,
Receive grace and infuse self-compassion right within your heart space.
With each out-breath,
Extend grace outward to others,
Friends,
Family,
The world.
There is grace in our imperfection.
There's beauty in this imperfection.
So let's embrace who we are and where we are,
Release any self-judgment and trust that you are enough just as you are.
Grace.
There is grace in our movement.
As we each move throughout our day,
Look for ways to invite more ease,
More fluidity.
Notice how grace feels in your body.
As we conclude our meditation,
Let's nurture this sense of self-compassion and acceptance,
Knowing that grace is always present within and around us.
When you continue your day,
Walk with a heart softened by grace.
