This meditation is to explore trusting in the divine guidance of your soul as you navigate through the ups and downs of life.

There are often times in life when we're uncertain and we turn to others to help us make decisions,

But today we'll practice how to instead turn inward and seek the wisdom within us for guidance.

Take a few easy breaths to draw yourself fully into the present.

Take note of your body,

Breath,

Any sensations in this moment.

Imagine with just a few simple breaths that you become fully embodied right now.

Release any and all energy that doesn't belong to you and imagine it immediately leaves you and transmutes into pure healing light as you send it back into the world and into the earth.

As you breathe,

Feel a profound,

Sacred sense of connection into the earth beneath you as if you're dropping deep into the layers of ancient grounding stability.

Breathe it in.

Let that healing energy and grounding permeate all of your cells.

Feel yourself anchored to it,

Supported by it.

Breathe.

You can say to yourself,

I feel calm and grounded in the sacred energy of the earth.

I feel calm and grounded in the sacred energy of the earth.

Then begin to imagine gathering all of your own innate energy.

Allow all of your own energy to restore to wholeness all the way up your spine from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head.

Breathe the wholeness through your spine and out to fingers and toes.

Feel the strength of this wholeness with every breath.

Breathe.

You can say to yourself,

I embody the wholeness of my innate energy.

I embody the wholeness of my innate energy.

After a couple of breaths,

Feeling grounded and connected to your inner sense of wholeness,

Slowly begin to consider the idea that we each have an inner guidance system.

We each have access to intuitive wisdom.

It's simply a matter of connecting with it.

Imagine that there are parts of you that function like a receiver,

Almost like an antenna that you can collect all the information that you need.

A receiver that gathers divine insight just for you.

Imagine that you could locate this receiver within you.

There's no wrong location for your inner receiver,

So be open to where it might reside.

Explore,

Even if it only feels like the tiniest spark.

It's okay if you can't find it in this moment.

As you continue to practice,

You will find it,

And it may actually not always be in the same place,

So give it permission to be wherever it might be today.

Whether it's the crown of your head,

Your third eye chakra,

Your heart,

Your belly.

Explore and ask yourself where it might possibly be today.

Where might you place your focus to access your inner wisdom,

Your receiver today?

Take a few breaths,

Just open.

Allow yourself to tune into that location or locations where you might receive.

Again,

There's no wrong way of doing this.

As you gently place your attention in that space,

Simply be with it.

Allow your body to breathe it open.

You might envision even pulling back a layer or a cover to unveil your ability to receive.

Envision that your body,

And especially this part of you,

Is a conduit for your own divine guidance.

Perhaps you even feel vibration as if you just plugged into an outlet.

Any sensations as well as no sensations are okay.

You can say to yourself,

I am open to connecting with my inner receiver.

I am open to connecting with my inner receiver.

Take a few slow,

Deep breaths and imagine connecting with this part of you.

Invite in a sincere sense of trust in yourself,

In your soul,

That truest part of you,

Your essence.

Breathe.

Imagine that you already know and have access to receiving all the answers you need regarding your life path in this moment.

Soften,

Open,

Invite trust.

Breathe and say to yourself,

I trust in the guidance of my soul.

I trust in the guidance of my soul.

There are innumerable questions you might have for your inner guidance system about your path,

Your life,

Health,

Purpose.

So as you do this practice,

Keep the questions simple,

Centered around your next step or what you might need to know regarding your life path.

What is your next step or what you might need to know regarding a particular aspect of your situation.

So rather than it being like this complex everything,

Keep it to one question at a time.

Not multiple choices,

But maybe a simple yes or no or again,

You know,

What is my next step?

So at any point during this,

Feel free to pause if you need a little bit longer with each of the questions.

So stop anytime you need to.

Let's start with one of my favorite questions.

Take a few slow deep breaths,

Feeling grounded,

Whole and open to receiving.

Attune to all the sensations,

Ideas,

Images,

Sounds that you receive.

It could show up as any form of information or feedback,

Whether it's color,

Sound,

Sensation,

Words,

Nudges.

Just ask yourself,

What do I need to know today?

Just be with that for a moment and allow whatever insight,

Images,

Ideas,

Sensations to come in.

What do I need to know today?

And next,

Consider an area of life where you are wondering what to do next.

You're not sure of your next steps or where to begin,

How to break it down.

So maybe you even want to focus on a specific part of that question and break it down.

Imagine connecting to your inner wise self,

Opening to receiving.

Attune to all the sensations,

Ideas,

Images,

Sounds that you receive and ask yourself,

What is my best next step in this situation in my life?

What is my best next step?

Just breathe.

Just breathe.

Again,

Pause if you need more time.

Continue feeling grounded,

Whole,

And attuned to the inner guidance of your soul.

And if it's unclear,

Ask for more information.

Ask for more clarity,

A different kind of information.

Ask for it to really make it obvious to you.

And there will also be times where it seems like nothing comes when it feels blank.

And don't worry,

That happens and it's normal.

It doesn't mean you're doing it wrong.

It usually means that it's either not quite the right question or not quite the right time.

And that you need more information or learning before the answer will become clear.

And sometimes it's just timing.

Maybe it's not quite the right time yet,

So you just kind of have to be patient and trust and wait.

So practice trusting yourself fully and completely that whatever you're doing is right.

And trust fully that whatever comes offers you something,

Whether it's the sense of blankness and waiting,

Or whether it's some symbols that you need to deconstruct.

So you can either pause here and loop back to one of those or both of those questions and dwell a little longer,

Or you can stay with me and we'll begin to come to a close.

Taking a couple slow,

Deep breaths and sending vast gratitude to your inner guidance system,

Your wise self.

Imagine being enveloped in a beautiful light.

Your whole body is illuminated and the light is actually coming from within you.

Begin to open to the idea that you are a vehicle of light.

You are a conduit of wisdom.

You know yourself best and can trust yourself most.

Breathing once again into your sense of wholeness,

Into your sense of groundedness.

As you slowly bring awareness back to your breath,

Back to your physical body in this space.

And ask your inner guidance system to continue providing nudges and feedback at just the right time.

Be willing to be on the lookout,

Be willing to pay attention.

Finishing with a couple easy breaths.

Invite in whatever energy you feel would best serve you as you move into the next part of your day.

Breathe in the willingness to trust yourself,

Willingness to practice.

Practice trusting yourself more and more because it really is a practice.

And when you're ready,

Slowly reopen your eyes and with quiet confidence,

Shift into the next part of your day.
