To this Ceremony of Connection.
Take a moment to settle into your body,
Allowing yourself to arrive fully here in this present moment.
Today,
You will meet the luminous guides that have always walked with you.
Guides who have been patiently waiting for you to call upon their wisdom.
With each breath,
You enter deeper into this sacred space.
With each exhale,
Ease the tension in your body little by little,
From the crown of your head down through the muscles around your eyes,
In your forehead,
Around your ears,
In your jaw,
In your tongue,
All the way down.
Continue to allow your exhales to release tension in your throat,
Your chest,
Your neck,
Your shoulder blades,
All the way down.
Continue to allow your breath to wash over you,
Releasing tension from your hands,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your pelvic floor and your hips.
Release your doubts.
This time is for you.
A time for clarity,
For guidance,
And a time for meeting the wisest parts within you.
With your eyes closed,
Gently continue to focus on your breath,
Imagining each inhale as a soft glowing light,
Filling you with warmth and serenity.
As you exhale,
Picture this light expanding,
Growing,
Cleansing your energy like sacred smoke,
Purifying your entire being.
Imagine yourself wreathed with sacred,
Purifying smoke,
Sage,
Palo santo,
Frankincense,
Incense,
Whatever you like the most,
Moving through your cell tissue like the gentle wind of ancient forests,
Like the cleansing smoke of ceremony,
For a deeper connection to the luminous guides who wish to communicate today.
Imagine roots growing from deeply in the base of your spine,
Reaching their tendrils down into the rich soil of the earth.
These roots connect you to the grounding,
Supportive energy of Mother Earth.
You are safe.
With your next inhale,
Feel the energy of the earth below you.
Feel it travel through your body like a wave,
Releasing all the heaviness,
Releasing all the tension.
Feel like a sacred offering.
This is your sacred space,
Where we invite only love,
Wisdom,
Healing,
And kindness.
Allow your breath to expand this circle.
Radiant.
This circle is now a ceremonial space where your guides,
Your ancestors,
And the wisest parts of your soul are invited to join you.
Feel the invitation rise from your heart,
Calling your personal guides to join you.
You may not know their names or their forms yet,
But trust that they are already here,
Waiting just beyond the veil.
Now bring your awareness,
Ember,
The spark of your wisest self,
The part of you that is pure knowing,
Pure love,
Pure light.
This ember is small,
But eternal.
And with every breath,
It begins.
Inhale,
And see this light expand.
Sparkle up your cell tissue.
Exhale,
And feel it continue to brighten and smolder even brighter.
Allow this ember to grow into a radiant glowing flame.
This is your inner wisdom,
The one who speaks in whispers of intuition.
Let this flame grow into you,

As though you and your guides are becoming one luminous,
Interconnected,
Radiant being.
Feel your body bathed in light,
Glowing from the inside out,
As their wisdom integrates with yours.

And their protection.
You are never alone.
You carry their wisdom within you,

But know that your connection with your guides will remain strong,

Bringing with you the guidance and the wisdom you have received.
Before you close,
Take a moment to acknowledge your inner flame,
The wise part of you that is always there.
