Now think of things in your life that are holding you back from those feelings.
What do you need to let go of to move toward the future you imagine for yourself?
Toward the feelings you want to cultivate.
Let's call these your out words.
What do you need to let go of?
What do you need to release?
It's time to add the breath.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth for this practice.
Keep your in and out words in mind.
With each inhale,
Raise your arms overhead comfortably.
Imagine scooping up your in words.
Let these feelings,
Emotions,
Sensations wash over you.
As you exhale,
Let your arms fall heavily toward your sides as you imagine letting go of your out words.
You may wish to intensify this practice by bending at your waist and letting your head and torso fold over your bent legs.
You may also choose to exhale audibly by sighing or yelling.
It's important to note that if you feel lightheaded or dizzy folding over,
To remain upright and only drop your arms.
Breathe in your in words as you stand up or sit up tall.
Let them fill you up.
Breathe out your out words and release them as you drop your arms and fold.
Continue to breathe in your in words.
Breathe out your out words.
Remember that perfect does not exist.
Trust that you are doing it right.
