Imagine yourself in a boat floating.

As you breathe,

Be aware of the warmth of your own body.

Are your hands warm or cold?

And take a deep breath and hold it.

Gently release the air and hold it out.

Feel the tongue in your mouth gently pressing against the roof of your mouth.

Bring your awareness down into your feet.

And gently make a small rocking movement in your hips.

Soft and slow.

And gently rock your head from side to side.

Feel the top of your head.

And lift your head from side to side.

Come into stillness.

Taking a deep breath,

Be with the sound.

And be with the space above your head.

Feeling the soles of your feet.

Be with your whole body.

And the boat floating downriver.

And release the air and hold it.
