I'm Sabine Priestley and this is the Human Biofield and our Quantum World.
For those new to me,
I'm an electrical engineer,
The creator of Conscious Quantum Living,
I'm an author,
And a researcher of the science of spirituality.
Today is a discussion on our biofield.
This understanding will enhance the experience of doing any of my meditations,
Especially those which delve into the quantum realm.
We live in a world of energy,
Energy that feels persistently like matter as Einstein reportedly said,
But energy nonetheless.
My meditations are intended to let us play with the energetics of being human.
In the interest of keeping this to a reasonable length,
I'll be discussing the fundamental principles I deal with in meditation.
Now I'm going to be laying down some seeds as it were.
I can't explain everything in one session,
But I believe that you already know everything I'm going to say.
You probably or possibly just don't remember it.
Yet,
That's what planting seeds is for.
They will grow in your time when you're ready.
Our bodies,
Physical as they seem to us,
Are 99.
999999% energy.
We have 7 primary energy centers in the body,
Also known as chakras,
And the primary chi path that runs from our root chakra up the back of our spine over our crown chakra and down the front of our body reconnecting back at the root.
Completion of this circuit as it were is enhanced by placing the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth just behind your front teeth.
Don't worry,
When it comes time for that,
I will guide you.
We live in a fractal holographic universe.
What this means is that the tiniest speck,
Say of just one miniscule slice of one of our cells,
Contains the entire information of the whole,
That being the universe.
If this supposition doesn't blow your mind,
You aren't understanding it entirely.
And that's ok.
It's a lot to wrap your head around.
Remember,
It's just a seed.
Our bodies are an ecosystem in and of themselves.
In the same way that a city or country forms an internet of working systems,
So do our bodies.
Like the city metaphor,
Our bodies have communities,
Systems of respiration and digestion,
Organs,
Etc.
The energy centers are their own network,
Each playing specific roles among our more physical components.
Because we are energy,
We radiate signals.
These signals comprise our biofield.
This field is measurable by an increasing number of devices.
More and more,
Science is catching up with the idea that our energetic signature speaks volumes when it comes to our health and well-being.
Instruments such as the bio-well,
Which I am a trained practitioner on,
Can be used to get a visual representation.
There's other fascinating areas going on though,
Areas of research that include voice analysis,
And the experiential effects of things like sound baths,
Tuning forks,
And healing.
It's all here in this 3D world for us to play with.
Our biofield is influenced by many things,
What we feed our bodies for fuel,
Of course,
But perhaps more importantly,
How we are resonating and functioning both consciously and unconsciously.
My personal mission is to expand the consciousness of humanity,
For by doing this we become aware of all of the things that most people are unconscious of.
Not only are they unconscious,
They are controlled by these things.
This is another vast topic.
It takes 4 months for me to teach the basics of all of this.
Suffice to say,
Moving from living by reaction to living by conscious response can change the very nature of how we experience reality.
This is my playground here on Insight Timer.
I want to expand your awareness of what's possible and what is in play in this business of humaning.
That's what I like to call it,
Humaning.
We're humans and humans are going to human.
Sometimes we human better than others.
Sometimes we just human badly.
And that's okay.
It is,
In fact,
Why we came.
So back to our biofield.
Two of the most influential things affecting our biofield resonance are thoughts and emotions.
Yep,
If you want to be healthy,
Get happy.
Once we start thinking of ourselves not just as physical beings in this 3D world,
But as energy beings in a multidimensional world,
We open many,
Many doors to potentials and possibilities.
One of the concepts of today's practice is understanding that consciousness infuses everything,
From humans to rocks to trees.
This may not be consciousness as defined by modern humans,
But it is an ability to communicate amongst neighbors,
Shall we say.
Again,
Perhaps not communicate as humans define it,
But action and reaction on a microscopic level from forests that communicate via an underground network of roots to animals who have precognizance of natural disasters such as earthquakes.
The point is,
Everything is ultimately energy.
Energy is interconnected,
And energy is information.
So within our bodies,
We have the seven primary energy centers.
Technically six,
As the crown is above the head,
But it's there.
Not only are the energy centers present,
They have their own form of intelligence.
Believe it or not,
They can communicate directly with us.
This is from my own experience,
Specifically with my throat chakra at first,
But later with others.
I'm not going to say any more,
Because I want you to be open and curious to see what kind of experience you have.
Today's practice is an introduction to your energy centers.
And I mean introduction literally.
I hope you enjoy.
Welcome to a lovely and powerful meditation to connect you with your energy centers,
Also known as your chakras.
I'd like you to go into this meditation with a beginner's mind.
Be curious.
Have fun with it.
We are going to spend a minute connecting with each chakra,
Starting with the root and working our way up.
And after each connection period,
I'm going to ask you to introduce yourself to each center.
It may sound odd,
But the truth is there is intelligence in everything,
Including the energy settings of our own bodies.
I want you to open your heart and leave your logic behind.
And let's see what kind of personalities your centers have.
Some people develop this very quickly,
While others,
It takes time.
Most people don't think of addressing their energy centers as sentient beings.
And your energy centers are probably not used to being addressed by you.
The first time I did this meditation,
I had a truly extraordinary interaction with my throat chakra.
It really blew me away,
And it was so amusing.
I burst out laughing.
My throat chakra is quite the interesting intelligence.
This can be a very powerful practice.
Now let's see what happens.
You should be in a comfortable place where you won't be interrupted.
I want you to relax and take a few calming breaths while you close your eyes.
Imagine a warm flow of energy pouring down your head,
Your neck,
And your shoulders,
Your arms,
And letting the tension leave your muscles.
So with every breath out,
The tension just slides away.
Continue down your chest,
Stomach,
Hips,
And thighs,
Thoroughly relaxing into each breath.
And flowing down your knees,
Calves,
And feet,
With all the tension releasing from you.
That's right.
Now focus your attention on your root chakra.
It is at the base of your spine.
If you can strict your pelvic floor,
You're giving it a little hug.
Now open your heart and feel into the space.
Feel for its presence and energy.
Imagine connecting to this wonderful part of your body.
I'll give you a minute.
Now,
Whether you're sure of the connection or not,
Feel the energy of meeting someone new and interesting.
You want to learn more about them.
Be curious and allow for yourself to receive a reply.
Return your focus to the root chakra and say hello in any way that feels right.
Open your heart and mind and just be present and curious.
Now feel the gratitude in your heart for the introduction and say thank you.
Okay.
Move your attention upward to the sacral chakra,
To the space between your root and your belly button.
Open your heart and feel into the space.
Imagine connecting to this wonderful part of your body.
And again,
Whether you are sure of the connection or not,
Feel the energy of meeting someone new and interesting.
And say hello to your sacral chakra.
Feeling the gratitude in your heart for the introduction,
Say thank you.
Now move your attention upward to the space between your belly button and your solar plexus.
Open your heart and be curious and feel the solar plexus chakra.
Like being at a party full of incredibly interesting people,
Say hello in your desired way.
Feel the gratitude of the meeting and say thank you.
Now on to the next guest.
Continuing up,
Feel into your heart center.
This may be the easiest to connect with or not,
But give it the due respect of a new relationship with this space.
As you connect with this new interesting member of your tribe,
Say hello.
Now send the gratitude for the meeting.
Move your attention upward to the throat chakra.
Another interesting tribe member,
This one houses your voice.
Feel into this space and open your heart.
Say hello to your throat chakra.
Now send the gratitude for the meeting.
Moving up to tribe number six,
The third eye chakra in the center of your forehead.
You know the routine.
Feel for the energy of this entity and be curious.
That's right.
Beautiful.
Now say hello in your desired way.
Now give gratitude for the meeting.
Last but never least is the crown chakra.
Approximately 16 inches above the head.
This is a true energy connection.
Release any preconceived notions of body and space and feel into this chakra.
Say hello to this extraordinary being.
Finally,
Give gratitude for the meeting.
That's right.
Beautifully done.
With practice,
This meditation can be a powerful tool for learning how to communicate with the energy of the body and your own intuition.
