You can take a moment and really pat yourself on the back,
Go get yourself a treat,
Take a day off,
Whatever you need to mark this occasion.
Even if in your life the transition has felt small,
Please know that this transition will have rebound of effects throughout your whole entire life.
If this has been a big transition,
The same goes for you.
This will have bounds of changes throughout your life.

All the emotional toil that may have happened,
Everything that was happening before and where you are today.
