Hi there,

Welcome to this freedom meditation.

I invite you to sit comfortably.

Find a position that will allow you to stay alert throughout the meditation session.

Let your arms rest on your thighs and allow your whole body to relax.

Close your eyes when you're ready and bring your full attention to your breathing.

We are going to take a couple of deep breaths together.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale.

Let's do that one more time.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale.

Today,

I would like to explore freedom with you.

We all want freedom.

We generally seek that freedom from the outside,

Unconsciously or consciously.

We wait for someone or something to end it to us.

The state of seeking the freedom from somewhere seems like a journey to find something so close to us,

So personal,

Yet so far and so detached from us.

Today,

During these few minutes that we are going to share together,

Let's sit deep within us and find where our freedom resides.

Is it in us?

Outside of us?

In our society?

In our lives?

In this visible world?

Or beyond all of that?

Can we be free?

Can we be free?

Can we be free?

If all that defines our freedom is broken,

Can we still be free?

Let's stay on that thought for a while.

Where our freedom resides.

Is it within us?

Or outside of us?

Or even maybe in the middle somewhere?

Where is it?

Where is it?

The truth is,

Freedom is one of the values that we inherently own from the moment we exist.

I'm going to say that again.

Freedom is one of the values that we inherently own from the moment we exist.

But as we blend in this normalized world,

We forget.

And we try to conform to what is going on around us.

We forget how unique we are.

We forget how free we are.

We forget how whole we are.

But here's the good news.

We just need to find that freedom again.

It's still there.

We need to reach deep inside us and find that freedom that lights up our liberty again.

If we are free within us,

Nobody or nothing can alienate you.

Nobody or nothing can alienate us.

With that being said,

We can be shaken by the outside events.

And that is where the mindfulness comes in.

We cannot avoid what is happening around us.

However,

We can sit with these feelings.

We can observe,

Notice that they are there.

And then let go.

Let's do that right now.

Everything inside us.

Take a moment and observe what is holding us from being completely free human beings.

And try and let go of it.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

We should shine.

We should connect.

When we are free from within,

When we have a strong spirit and mindset,

When we have a free spirit,

We want nothing but to share the well-being,

The compassion and love.

So let's cultivate our freedom within.

And find a moment of silence every day of our lives to put our intention into action.

The intention of being free.

The intention of being detached.

The intention of being full of the slides.

The intention of connecting with the all-being of the earth.

Connect.

Connect.

Now that we explore this notion of freedom,

Let's repeat these words together to build up our individual sanctuary of freedom,

Our personal space.

We will go back to every time we feel like we are overwhelmed or trapped in a painful turmoil of captivity.

May I be free from hate.

May I be free from jealousy.

May I be free from fear and arrogance.

May I become loving.

May I become compassionate and supportive.

May I be courageous and humble.

Let's do that again one more time.

May I be free from hate.

May I be free from jealousy.

May I be free from fear and arrogance.

May I become loving.

May I become compassionate and supportive.

May I become courageous and humble.

May I be free.

Free.

Free.

Draw your hands together to your heart.

Take a couple breaths together.

Let's inhale deeply and exhale.

Let's do that again one more time.

Inhale deeply and exhale.

Take your time and stay here as long as you need to.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and have a nice day.

Thank you for meditating with me today.

Namaste.
