Thank you for joining me for your healing light meditation.
Wherever you are,
Settle in.
Take time to get comfortable.
When you're ready,
Take a long,
Deep breath into your belly.
Open your mouth and let it out slow.
And again,
Deep breath in,
Push your belly button away from your spine.
Oh,
Breath out through your mouth.
And one more cleansing breath.
Breathe in deep.
Then let it all go.
As much as you can in this moment,
Relax your forehead,
Your eyelids can be heavy.
Unclench your jaw and let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Relax your arms.
Turn off all the muscles in your sitting bones,
Legs,
And feet.
Imagine that a bright,
White,
Healing light shines down from the universe above you.
The warmth touches down on the crown of your head.
Feel the light as it moves over your eyes,
Across your nose,
Rolls over your chin,
Around the back of your head,
Down your neck,
And your throat.
You can feel the comfort and the warmth as it cascades down your shoulders,
Down each arm,
And warm,
Healing light blankets your stomach,
Chest,
And back.
You feel wrapped in light as it moves over your hips,
Covers your legs and knees,
And finally your feet.
And it doesn't stop there.
Dazzling white,
Healing light spreads to everything around you,
Covering your neighborhood and your city,
Your county,
And your state,
Welcoming and healing every living thing that it meets.
And this brilliant,
White light that originated with you moves across your whole country,
The continent,
And then it waves and travels across oceans until it covers the entire globe.
And every living thing is covered with this energy because of you.
Take a moment and notice how it feels to be so connected.
Remember that you can replicate this feeling of healing and connection whenever you please.
Take one more long,
Deep breath in.
Let it all go through your mouth.
Put a little smile on your lips and stay here as long as you like.
Or you can wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
And gently return to the space around you.
