Sometimes all we need is a little pick-me-up.
In this session,
We're going to be using the bliss breath,
Which is in and out using just the nose.
And as we're doing that,
We're going to incorporate movement,
Stretching those hands all the way up to the sky.
And on that exhale,
We're going to pull our arms down to our shoulders.
So it sounds like this.
And on that exhale,
Again,
Pulling the energy down.
When you're ready,
Stretching your arms up.
Let's begin.

Nice and powerful.
Really breathe out any stagnant energy,
Any tiredness,
Any fatigue,
Any frustration,
Anything that is preventing you from feeling your best.
Breathe it out.

Now relax the breath.
Shake out those arms coming back into your body.
Few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
In through the nose,

Now shaking it out.
Coming back into the space,
Opening up your eyes,
Feeling that new surge of energy in and through your body.
