My name is Sangeet and today I came here to give you a message.
Most of us seem to care a lot about relationships.
We spend our entire lives asking ourselves and others which connections are we in,
If they are good or bad,
If they last or not,
If we like them,
If we don't,
Why did they start and why did they end.
We ask so many questions about connections yet there is one main question that answers them all and that is do we connect?
The answer is yes.
To what?
To everything.
Everything is interconnected and that is one of the things that we do,
We connect.
Is this the center of our lives?
No,
We are the center of our lives and we grow despite any connection.
If it is bad we grow,
If it is good we grow,
If we are single we grow,
If we are married we grow,
We grow no matter what.
How much do we grow?
For sure that won't be defined by the number or by the type of connections but by our willingness to change and to evolve and by how much we allow ourselves to be and to become.
So today let's remind us to let go of the need to lose ourselves in the big soup of connections where the main ingredient is an addictive loop of questions that always makes us go back for more.
Let's look in the mirror and acknowledge that whatever connection we experience it is exactly that,
An experience.
Could we go through life without a specific relationship?
Probably yes.
Could we go through life without experiencing any relationship?
Maybe,
Maybe not,
But even if we could we would have to experience something anyway.
So let's relax and make peace with ourselves and with all of those whom we connect.
