My name is Sangeet and today I am reinforcing the subject of preparing for the world and at the same time protecting ourselves from external energies.
Sometimes,
No matter how much toxicity we have already let go,
We may still encounter certain situations that may emanate a significant lower frequency and that may have the potential to somehow deplete us.
For this reason,
And because this is a major concern for so many of us who care about their energy,
Here are a few practical things that we can do on our daily basis to prepare ourselves for whatever comes into our reality.
Number one,
We meditate every single day for a significant amount of time,
10 or 20 minutes or more.
This clears up our mind and opens our heart to step into the frequency of pure love.
When we meditate,
We allow our minds to become neutral and centered instead of constantly juggling between extreme thoughts that lead to extreme emotions.
To meditate properly,
We simply allow and observe our thoughts to come and go and we remain in between where space and eternity is.
If we struggle with this,
We can always focus on one point of light or we can use mantras to help us concentrate and elevate faster.
Number two,
We visualize.
We close our eyes and we imagine whatever we want to happen.
We take a moment to let negative thoughts to go and then we keep our focus in what we desire.
Imagination precedes practicality,
So by doing this,
We somehow push our experiences to become better and to even shift into something totally new.
Number three,
We listen to positive affirmations.
We can do this while sleeping,
Resting or being active such as walking and traveling.
This instantly raises our vibration and it helps us to remain calmer under any circumstances and if for some reason we don't have access to this method,
We can always simply repeat those same affirmations in our minds.
Number four,
We relax especially before any specific situation or event that involves people in different dynamics.
We rest,
We breathe deeply,
We listen to high-frequency sounds and music and we remain still for a while or for the entire previous day.
This brings us an inner state of serenity which is exactly what helps us to stay balanced in stressful environments.
Number five,
We cleanse our body and our aura through regular hygiene and specifically salt baths and we also cleanse our environment through regular cleaning and additional helpers like sage and crystals.
This includes cleansing the place where a certain event is going to occur in case we have access to it.
Number six,
We ground ourselves in nature by hugging trees and going barefoot on the grass,
Near lakes or at the beach.
This helps us to flush all the negativity from our system which is very important,
Particularly before any change of environment.
Plus,
An additional body of water nearby helps us stabilizing our emotions.
Now,
In case we are preparing ourselves for an event or a situation that is going to last for more than a few hours,
Then we take all of these tips with us and we find ways to take breaks and to meditate,
Visualize,
Listen to positive affirmations,
Mantras and music and to relax,
Cleanse and ground ourselves in nature whenever it is possible.
Also,
If we see ourselves experiencing something chaotic,
We can always silently and mentally repeat short mantras like satnam which means truth is my identity.
This pushes us more into the role of an observer than being completely submersed in the situation while still keeping our ability to act properly and to make wise choices and decisions.
