Today's meditation is a practice of surrender.
We will surrender the mind,
Or in other words,
Surrender the world,
Body,
Emotions,
And thoughts.
You might already be in your sleep posture.
If not,
Then take a while to adjust your posture and let yourself be totally relaxed.
See if you can shift into a more relaxed posture.
And initially,
I would request you to keep your eyes open if you can.
I will prompt you to close them soon.
It might also be helpful to initially lie down on your back.
Now,
Let's start by becoming aware of the world around you.
Observe the space around you,
Even if it is dark.
You might be able to see your room.
Look around your room.
Observe the walls,
The ceiling.
And if it is too dark,
You can simply observe the darkness.
Now bring your awareness to a point in the line of your sight.
And just observe this point for a while.
And now you can gradually close your eyes.
Let your eyelids gradually rest on your eyes.
As you are doing so,
You are releasing any tension from the eyes.
And now let this little affirmation vibrate through your being.

Become aware of your body.
We will now do a body scan to relax each and every part of the body.
So bring your awareness to your head.

Relax your face muscles.
Neck.
Shoulders.
Arms.
Hands.
Chest.

Pelvis.
Hips.
Thighs.
Knees.
Calves.
And relax your feet.
And now the sleep affirmation.

Now become aware of your emotions,
Your feelings.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
Simply observe your energy.

Simply become aware of these thoughts as if you are watching them from a distance.
Let these thoughts come and go.
