Let's begin by sitting comfortably,

Whether it's on a chair or on the ground.

Notice the sounds that you hear around you.

Do you hear birds?

Cars?

People?

Notice how your body is feeling right now.

Are there any spots that feel tired?

As you breathe,

Notice your chest rising and falling with each breath.

Let's take deeper breaths.

Breathe in.

Feel your chest and back fill up.

Breathe out.

Feel your chest and back relax.

Breathe in.

Feel your chest and back fill up.

Breathe out.

Feel your chest and back relax.

Now imagine the sun is shining above you.

Feel the warmth and light of the sunshine.

As you continue to take deep breaths,

Imagine your body is filling up with the sunshine.

Come back to the sounds you hear around you.

Do you hear birds?

Cars?

People?

How do you feel now?

Take this energized feeling with you throughout the day.
