Welcome to this very short end-of-workday ritual meditation.
I'm Saras Nekrochi and I'll be your guide today.

So this is very short,
But maybe it helps you create this separation,
This closing of your workday.
So sit up straight,
Maybe you're still at your desk,
And close your eyes.
That feels safe.
And then take a deep breath in,
Maybe the deepest breath you've taken all day.
And slowly exhale.
You are a whole human being.
And work is only a small part of your life.
Right now,
It's time for the other parts of your life.
I'll be back tomorrow.
Inhale deeply,
And silently repeat,
My work is a part of my life,
Not my whole life.
Exhale slowly,
Letting this thought bring you a sense of peace and relaxation.
Inhale again,
And repeat,
I am a whole person outside of my work.
And exhale,
And feel the boundary between work and personal time becoming clearer,
Allowing you to fully relax.
And now in your mind's eye,
Gently close the door to your office.
Take a deep breath in,
And out.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
And return to the present moment,
Ready for the rest of your day,
The other parts of your life.
