Three ohms,

And then three long breaths.

Let's begin.

Inhale deeply.

Let it out slowly.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale slowly.

Now just breathe naturally.

Three long ohms.

Let's begin.

First deep inhale and then ohm.

And again.

And again.

And again.

Just breathe naturally.

Three final long breaths.

Deep inhale.

Long exhale.

Deep inhale.

Long exhale.

Deep inhale.

Long exhale.
