Inviting you to settle in to a comfortable posture and chair or lying down.
Take a moment to arrive here.
Notice the life that's right here.
Beginning by noticing all the contact points with the ground or sofa or the chair,
Starting with the feet.
Back of the legs and the back.
Noticing what that feels like to be in contact with the ground or cushion.
Taking a moment to notice the breath.
The mere fact that you are breathing in this moment.
Noticing the next breath.
The next one.
Noticing the inhale and the exhale.
But we could change the breath,
Not needing to change it.
Instead noticing it in its natural rhythm.
Noticing the body breathing itself.
Checking in with the body and the other sensations that are calling out.
Perhaps temperature,
Comfort or discomfort.
This body that's always here,
Always with us.
Then checking in with the mind,
With emotions and thoughts.
What's coming up now?
What can I notice?
As we notice the breath,
The contact points,
The body,
The mind,
A chance to arrive into this moment.
Noticing the life that's right here.
