Let's begin today by welcoming a deep and steady calm,

The kind that anchors us no matter what the day may bring.

Find a comfortable space where you can simply be.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and let it out gently.

Feel your body soften with each breath.

Let stillness rise within you like a quiet morning breeze.

Now,

Repeat these affirmations with me,

Softly or silently.

I am calm.

I am centered.

I am steady.

I am calm.

I am centered.

With every breath,

I invite peace into my body and mind.

I invite peace into my being.

I trust in the rhythm of life.

I choose serenity over stress.

I choose serenity.

Whatever comes my way,

I meet it with grace.

My calm presence brings peace to others.

Even in the midst of noise,
