In this short guided meditation for Highly Sensitive People, you will take a few minutes to protect your own energy. If necessary, go to the bathroom in between tasks (at work) to do this quick meditation. By accepting your current state, connecting to the Earth and the Cosmos, and becoming aware of your own energy field, you strengthen your sense of presence. By practicing more often, your energy and nervous system will become stronger, and you will be affected less by energies outside of you. You will only sense and be focused on your own energy.

This is a guided meditation for energetic protection that you can use throughout the day for just a few minutes.

Make sure you have some time and space to yourself,

Even if it's in the bathroom for a few minutes.

And bring the attention completely to yourself.

Take a few deep breaths and just breathe out everything that doesn't belong to you,

That feels heavy,

Anything that you don't want.

Just breathe it out properly.

Maybe you start feeling yourself more relaxed the more you breathe out.

And keep the attention on yourself and let whatever wants to come up just come up,

Whether it's a thought,

Feelings,

Tension in your body.

Just give yourself the space right now to just allow what wants to come up.

And everything always passes,

So don't have any judgment about what wants to come up.

Just allow it.

Allow yourself to just be in this moment.

And keep on breathing.

And then bring the attention to the ground on the floor.

And sense your connection to the earth.

Become aware of how you are connected to the earth.

Maybe you already have a way,

Like through roots or a cord or just feeling the ground or something else.

Maybe something just came up that showed you how you are connected to the earth.

And just allow this connection to just be.

And allow the earth to give you energy through the ground,

Through your feet,

Into your legs,

Hips,

To your upper body,

The arms and the head.

And remember that the earth is always there for you,

For love,

Nutrition,

Grounding.

And then become aware of your connection to the universe,

The cosmos,

To God or whatever naming you have for it.

And allow their energy to get through to you in your own way,

Whatever way this is.

And whatever comes to you first,

That is your connection right now.

And allow this energy to go through your head,

Neck to your upper body,

Through your arms to your hands,

Your hips,

The legs,

All the way to your feet.

And bring the attention back to yourself.

Notice how you're feeling right now.

And with your third eye,

Between your eyebrows or through your intuition,

What you are connected to more now that you're connected to the earth and the cosmos.

You just perceive your energy field around you,

Your own energy.

Use all your senses for this.

Bring the attention all the way around you,

In front of you,

On the right and the left,

The back,

Above you and beneath you.

Notice the shape of your energy field.

And you are in charge of changing your energy field.

You can do this.

And in perceiving it,

You can also change it.

So tuck in your energy field a little bit,

So that it's maybe smoother.

Maybe you want to smooth it out a little bit on the edges,

All the way around you.

Maybe you want to put some white light around it for protection.

And maybe it also feels good to put some violet light around it.

Violet light is known for transforming energies,

Makes you feel protected.

Energies that are out of the range of your frequency won't go through this violet light.

And then feel if you want to put something else,

Another color maybe around it,

Or something else.

Maybe you have a symbol,

Or you want to put flowers around you,

On every side,

A rose,

Orchid,

Or whatever flower.

Maybe you're more auditive and you need a sound or music.

Just play around a little bit and see what makes you feel good and feel protected.

And then bring the attention back to yourself.

And tell yourself that you are right.

Accept yourself for who you are right now.

And know that you are always connected,

And that you are protected,

Wherever you go,

Whatever you do,

The next moment.

Take a deep breath.

Become aware of the room you are in.

And maybe you let your eyes shut,

Open them again,

And continue the next moment,

The rest of your day.

And enjoy the magic and beauty of life from within.
