And we're going to start this meditation with a nice big deep breath and because we're working with intuition and with inner vision and inner knowing we're going to make this meditation quite visual.
And so I'd like you to start off by just imagining yourself as this very tall,
Very old,
Very sturdy tree.
And you have those big thick gnarly roots and this wide trunk.
And I want you to imagine those big thick sturdy gnarly roots reaching into the ground,
Cracking through into the soil,
Reaching further down down down deep into the earth's core.
And you feel tethered and supported and held and nurtured and nourished by the love of the Earth Mother beneath you.
And at the same time I want you to imagine the rest of yourself reaching up up up and open towards the Sun,
Towards the sky,
Towards the celestial and etheric planes just up into the infinite.
And above you,
Far away but within your eye line,
You see this beautiful ball of bright glowing light.
And with a gentle gaze you look up at the ball and it slowly begins to unravel.
And as it does it creates the spiral and the slow spiraling motion that reaches down.
And first it's going to touch your arms which are your branches and it's going to continue to pour down touching the top of your head.
And as it does,
As it touches you and as the spiral continues to move through you and then down through your roots,
You feel yourself filled with light.
And as you breathe the light expands and so you have this openness and this connection above and below,
Completely supported by heaven and earth.
And as you feel this openness and this light coursing through you,
Through your cells,
We're going to begin to open up to the gift of sight,
The gift of knowing.
And with Uriel's help as he stands before you,
You feel him before you see him.
You feel his warmth,
His presence and his glow.
And his gift for you today is to help you to awaken these gifts.
And when we talk about the gift of sight,
We talk about visioning.
So being able to see the bigger picture and the interconnectedness of all things.
Those that pertain to you and those that do not.
But also psychic vision.
So clairvoyance,
Knowledge from dreams,
Just being able to see,
To know.
And Uriel is going to stand before you when he places his hands on your head.
And it starts to wake up all the little nerves,
All the synapses,
All the interconnection,
The neurofibers in your brain.
And you can feel them awakening.
You can feel the parts that maybe were just relaxed and being in a state of beingness,
Suddenly awakening and having purpose.
And he leans forward and he gently kisses your forehead right on your third eye.
And you can feel the light starting to come through and to course right through you.
And this light is different than the light from the celestial land.
This is warmer and it's more golden.
And it comes with not just the expansiveness that the first light came with,
But knowing and wisdom and clarity.
And you have this beautiful grounded energy being tethered to the ground so that you feel secure as you reach up to join and to connect with the etheric plane.
You are safe.
You are held.
You are a child of the divine.
And because of that,
You're one of the many aspects of divinity.
Breathe that in.
Intuition is a complete experience.
It's not just about awakening the mind.
And so we are going to now tap into the angelic energy from our previous weeks.
And this,
This is where it all comes together.
We call on Archangel Shamuel.
We tune into our heart and we say,
Thank you,
Shamuel.
My heart is open and ready to receive.
And we thank Archangel Gabriel.
And we tune into our throats and our voice.
And we declare,
I honor my truth and I express myself in support of my highest good,
Always.
And we tune into the energy and vibration of Archangel Ariel and to our inner courage and our inner fire.
And we say,
Thank you,
Ariel,
For reminding me that I am courageous.
Courage is my birthright.
It is safe for me to take aligned action.
And now we turn back to Archangel Uriel and we lock eyes with him.
And we feel this openness within all of us,
Within every aspect of our being.
And with gratitude we say,
Thank you,
Archangel Uriel,
For opening my eyes and gifting me with the inner knowing.
I trust in myself and in my inner compass to help me navigate the way.
And you know this to be true.
You know that through this process and with these supports that you are divinely guided and divinely held.
And you know what to say and what to do.
And it all feels possible.
Now breathe.
Breathe in the possibility.
Breathe in your potential.
Breathe in the expansiveness that comes from opening all these areas and firing on all these levels.
Feel the firing.
Feel all these aspects of yourself activating.
They are all here in support of you and your highest good and your highest truth and your highest purpose.
Breathe.
And when you feel these things or know these things,
Know that all of it comes from a place of love and a place of divine support.
Because you have chosen to answer the call.
You have chosen to put your light to work.
You have chosen to embody these gifts and to do it with courage and conviction.
And you know that these are the people to call on when times get hard.
And you know that they have your back and that you are not alone.
You have never been alone and you will never be alone.
You are a child of the divine.
We thank the angels who've held the space,
Not just now but over these last few weeks.
And we tune into our hearts before we bid them adieu and we really feel the love and gratitude for their support.
And we bring all of our attention back upward toward the celestial light.
It's continuing to spiral down and we thank it and we sever the tie.
And while it no longer connects us upward,
We can feel the remaining light spiraling down slowly,
Coursing through us as it pours back down into the earth to be ambrosia for the ground beneath you.
And we draw our energy downward and we imagine ourselves again as this tree.
And we take a moment and we thank the earth for holding us,
For grounding us,
For transmuting our energy when times are hard.
And we have this knowing that if it ever becomes too much,
We just need to stick our feet in the dirt and feel this once more.
And we thank the earth and we imagine our energy pulling up from the earth through our roots,
Through the big,
Thick,
Gnarly roots and up,
Up,
Up out of the earth's core,
Cracking the ground and coming back and returning to us where we are whole and we are contained but we are vibrant.
We are awakened.
We are vessels of good and we are ready.
We accept the call.
We accept the work.
The time is now.
Take a deep breath and open your eyes.
We're turning back here into the arms of the present moment.
