It's not so easy when we feel invisible to ourselves.
We know that feeling invisible to others happens,
Maybe more than we want it to.
But when we feel invisible to ourselves,
We don't even know what we're thinking,
We don't know what we want,
We don't know what we need.
It's like we're caught in all the energy of everything that's going on outside of us,
Rather than being able to hear ourselves think and to know what's going on inside of us.
So I want you to take a nice deep breath.
You can close your eyes and come into the space.
Listening to my voice as everything outside slips away.
We're going to create some space between you and the outside world with breath,
With awareness,
With consciousness.
And by you bringing your focus and attention to my voice and letting the world know it's okay to slip aside right now,
It's okay to let go a little bit,
It's okay to let what's happening out there be separate from me for just a moment,
For just this time together.
And so I'm going to create something for you to explore.
And I want you to lean into this and it might feel a little strange.
This might be a new sensory awareness for you,
New ways of tuning in with your own intuition,
Your own awareness of self interception,
What you feel inside.
But I want you to bring your attention to your diaphragm,
Between your ribs,
Below your chest,
Above your stomach.
And I want you to notice what you see here,
What it feels like.
Is it tight,
Stagnant,
Heavy?
Does it feel wild and free,
Loosey goosey?
Does it feel abandoned,
Grieving?
Do you feel pressure,
Tightness,
Frustration,
Resistance?
Or something else?
What do you notice at your diaphragm that it's telling you?
What do you notice that it's showing you?
What is it wanting you to become aware of?
Listen to what comes up,
Feel into what comes up.
That might be a memory of something from so long ago,
Or a thought,
A reminder.
Oh,
I've got to do this thing.
Whatever it is that comes up,
It's information and it's guidance.
Don't get caught by it.
Allow it.
And breathe into your diaphragm.
Anyway,
We're going to start to build a connection together.
To something that is beyond me,
Beyond you,
Something in the field that is growing,
That is being created together here,
Now,
Moving forward.
And this is the field of potential.
That right now,
It can feel so difficult to be alone,
To be where you are,
To not be where you want to be,
To feel invisible,
Unseen,
Unmet,
To not even be able to hear yourself or know yourself,
Not at the depths that you want to,
Not in the way that you want to,
In the awareness that you want to.
So tap into this creation that we are making.
We are building together this field of potential and begin to imagine who you would be if you could hear yourself think,
Who you would be if you did know yourself more deeply.
Keep breathing.
Who would you be if you didn't need to lean on anyone to know who you were?
Who would you be if you showed up fully as you truly are?
What would it feel like in your body to be accepted,
Cherished,
Adored,
Desired,
Loved?
What would it be like if you could put all the crap aside and truly connect to you?
Allow that to happen now.
Breathe that in now.
And if you feel like you need a little reassurance for yourself,
I let that happen.
I let myself breathe.
I let myself connect into what's possible.
I let myself connect into who I know I really am,
Who I could be,
Who I want to be,
How I want to show up.
I let myself embrace myself.
I let myself cherish myself.
I let myself love myself.
I let myself see myself.
I let myself hear myself think.
I let myself have space to breathe.
I give myself permission to become.
And you don't need to fill in the rest of that.
You don't need to become anything other than who you are,
What you are,
Where you are,
And what you want that to look like.
Because the act of becoming is its own gift,
Its own journey,
Its own potential.
One more deep breath.
Really letting yourself be present here,
Really letting yourself see and feel and hear and know what you know,
As we lock in this connection to potential,
The field,
Who you're becoming,
Who you're becoming now that you have this new awareness of who you could be.
One more deep breath.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
And come back to the room.
